We spent a week here and absolutely loved it! Short walk to the beach straight from the porch and the room was clean. We will be staying here again whenever we decide to vacation at Sanibel Island again.

I was impressed with all the personal touches to make sure you have everything you need to have a beautiful relaxing stay. Good communication and very thorough information on the condo, resort and the surrounding area. The owner of the unit even stopped by to introduce himself and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very clean and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. With a very nice Lanai with towel rack seating, and a couple of tables. Ground level within steps of pool and shower for rinsing off from the beach. Beach is very nice with plenty of shells, with laid back atmosphere. Also like have your own private beach.

We loved this place! Beautiful view of ocean, and the decor and furnishings were great. The bed was comfortable, the shower was awesome! It was very clean. Loved having coffee every morning on the little screened in porch. Would LOVE to stay there again sometime!!!!

The room was so clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was our first time on Sanibel and we really enjoyed it. So many shells right outside the condo on the beach. The water was not great for swimming but was beautiful to sit and watch. The property was nice and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great condo development with super location, not on a noisy street, with all amenities: bikes to rent, grills, shell washing station7, basketball and tennis. Pool and grounds were immaculate. Office staff friendly and responsible. We made reservations to return next year.

The walkout beachfront unit was perfect and the Ocean’s Reach staff tending to our questions and needs immediately. We hunted for shells, played tennis, rode bikes, and grilled dinners. The property was fresh and clean and gave easy access to the beach and pool. It far exceeded our expectations.

The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location on Sanibel Island which is right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. There was so much to do at Oceans Reach. Amazing stay at great location

Beautiful place! Check in was super easy, and the place had everything we could need. Loved sitting on the screened porch where you can see the pool and the beach from there. We brought chairs but one of our umbrellas broke so took advantage of the one they have to borrow along with a scooper. Found so many beautiful shells! Will definitely be back to this unit!!

Perfect for couples, solos or small families - functional and adorable, with so many great touches and a perfect view! Had a wonderful stay at Ocean's Reach B1B this week. Our hosts, Kurt and Lisa were fantastic with communication and making sure our trip was perfect. Their condo is beautifully decorated and includes everything you could possibly need - including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys! The property is literally steps to the pool and/or beach!!! The Oceans Reach community is very well maintained with tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts! The staff is quite pleasant and helpful! I would highly recommend this condo for a timely getaway to a little slice of heaven!
