Denna penthouse lÀgenhet har underbara direkt Gulf utsikt, Àr helt ombyggd och Àr fullt utrustad för en bra semester. Byggnaden har en hiss. Den fjÀrde vÄningen platsen ger sÀkerhet att lÀmna dörrarna öppna pÄ natten sÄ att du kan somna till ljudet av surfen och havsbrisen.

LÀgenheten har ett sant sovrum, som erbjuder tyst och avskildhet. Detta Àr sÀrskilt lÀmpligt för en lÀngre vistelse eller nÀr du delar enheten med barn eller ett annat par.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat med kylskÄp med ismaskin, spis, diskmaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare och allt du behöver laga mat och Àta bekvÀmt.

This condo was a great choice and was exactly as we expected. It had a well appointed kitchen with everything you'll need except food. It was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. The amenities of this property are excellent, especially the storage closet with beach and pool accessories along with bikes. Paula our host was easy to communicate with and prompt with replies. Perfect getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay at Sanibel Delight. The property was perfect for our needs, clean and well supplied. We took advantage of the bikes as well, they were perfect for exploring around. Just Amazing

This unit is very nice, well appointed, and well stocked. Anything you need for the beach is provided, it made our stay more comfortable. And the VIEW, just amazing! You can’t go wrong with the easy access to the beach, it’s so close you can come back to the unit for anything you need within two minutes. And it’s centrally located to all the great spots on Sanibel. This will be our go-to place from now on.The owner is very friendly and communicative, a true pleasure to work with.

Great Stay & Bargain!

The condo was fully stocked, even with everything you would need for the beach. The water is perfect for little ones, with smaller waves, about 3 1/2' deep out pretty far, and lots of cool shells. The condo was very clean.

I grew up in Louisville, KY. My mother always called me 'nature girl'. From my youngest photos, I seemed to always have an animal nearby. I spent most of my life working with animals in one capacity or another, so when I visited a friend on Sanibel and discovered the natural beauty of the place, I was hooked.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

In the mid 1980's, I took a job working at C.R.O.W (Care and Rehabilitation of Wildlife), the wildlife rehabilitation hospital on Sanibel. I got to know the island and it's unique, nature - friendly attitudes. I left that job after a couple of years but have continued to vacation on Sanibel, regularly. I never found any place else that brought me the peace and tranquility of this island. It is a special place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I searched for several years before finding just the right property. When I opened the front door and saw the phenomenal view, I knew my search was over. Although it is not technically beachfront, it's pretty darn close!
This condo has everything I looked for on my vacations, washer/dryer, comfortable sized rooms, large screened lanai. Add to that the fact that nothing can ever be built in front of my unit, to spoil the view, I was sold.
Although I am more of a beach person, it is nice to have a pool right outside the building and the complex is NOT next to a public beach, so it isn't crowded.

The 4th floor location makes it safe to sleep with the doors open, listening to the surf. It is a truly great place to spend time.
