Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I’m glad to hear your overall stay was great and that you enjoyed your time in Branson. I do appreciate you pointing out the comfort issue with the upstairs beds and pillows. I’m sorry they weren’t as comfortable as they should have been. We’ll take a closer look at that setup so we can improve the sleeping experience in that area. We’re happy the rest of your stay went well, and we’d love to host you again on a future trip to Branson.

Quick response to the one message I sent. No issues with checking in nor out. All utilities worked as they should! Main complaint is the beds are a bit firm/hard so that wasn't great for my pregnant wife. Did have to wash towels as there were not enough. Otherwise good price and we had a great trip!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad check-in and check-out went smoothly, everything worked as expected, and our quick response was helpful. We’re especially happy you were able to enjoy a great trip and felt the property offered good value. We’re sorry the beds were firmer than comfortable, especially for your wife during pregnancy, and we understand how that could affect your rest. We also apologize that there weren’t enough towels for your stay. We’ll share both concerns with our team for review. We appreciate the honest feedback and hope to welcome you back for another Branson trip!

Beautiful, cozy, quiet area. Everyone, especially the golfers were friendly, very interacive with the kids. Area is just far enough away from the tourist area and traffic but close enough to everything. Pools, hot tub, kids play area were clean and well kept. Communication with Grand Welcome management was fast, quick to help in anyway.

Wonderful, clean, spacious

The stay was perfect for our group. No steps to enter the garage or house or downstairs bedroom. Perfectly clean and tidy. Plenty of room for our large group. Nice kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood and wonderful amenities. The host was perfect, very responsive.

Everything worked well for our family. There is plenty of sleeping space if you have littles that want to be in the same room as their parents. My only suggestion is that the coffee pot be replace with one that has an auto off option, it is easy to walk out and forget to turn off the coffee pot. I love staying at Pointe Royale because most units have an enclosed patio. This one did but I didn't use it as much because there is an odor on the patio and the furniture isn't super comfy. These are minor issues and wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Nice property

It was a nice property but cleanliness was an issue. We had ants in the unit, mold on the shower curtains and the bath jets and drains were not clean.

Thanks for your feedback. We're happy to hear you found the property nice, but we're very sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered with ants, mold on the shower curtains, and unclean bath jets and drains. This is definitely not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort these issues caused during your stay. We've thoroughly reviewed our communication logs across all channels, and we cannot find any record of these concerns being brought to our attention during your visit. We want to emphasize that had we been notified of these issues immediately, we would have promptly dispatched our housekeeping and maintenance teams to rectify them for you. Our priority is your comfort, and we would have been more than happy to address these matters on the spot. We take your comments seriously and will be reviewing them with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We regret not having the opportunity to make things right for you while you were here.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only negative was that the outside door in the utility room did not lock. The deadbolt was missing the bolt. The doorknob lock did not lock. It was very disturbing for us 4 ladies. The host offered to send someone to fix it the next day. I told them I have it blocked (my inner MacGyver) so no one could open the door. So very nice place but verify the door has been fixed to lock.

Please read all reviews before booking this place!!! This place is infested with ants!! And I mean infested! I have pictures and video to prove. The owners literally act like they don’t know about it and make it sound like you didn’t alert them soon enough to get any kind of compensation!! We alerted them the very next morning, right when we noticed. They offered to leave a can of ant spray, but then noticed we were leaving the next day and then didn’t. We were all disgusted! I know ants are around, but it’s infested and gross! Just AWFUL!

PROS:*Its a gated community with a guard, if you have no business being back there, you wont be back there, so not a ton of traffic. *Garage parking for 2 cars*Full sized kitchen with spices, cook wear, dish soap, and a coffee bar*Washer/Dryer easily assessable in condo*Very easily to communicate with host (which we did with pictures of condo so we wouldn't be stuck with a deep cleaning fee)CONS: The property needed some love. *There were spots on the carpet all through out the condo, scuffs on the wall*Coffee table between the chairs I'm not sure has ever been cleaned, the cup holder portion. (Yes, I'm sure its tough to get in there and clean every bit, but there was a build of nasty crumbs, sticky residue etc, very visible to the naked eye). *The lights were all on a dimmer, if all the way up it was a strobe effect so we kept them down a bit, not a big deal.*Hot water, hope you take fast showers, more than 5-7 minutes and its turning cold, and fast

Pro’s: The property and location are very nice. We enjoyed the area and convenience to adventures in Branson. Con’s: There were no hangers in any closet. We actually found one under the bed while packing to leave. The upstairs bedroom door sticks badly and made quite the noise to open in the wee hours. The house sleeps a good number of people but the cookware wasn’t adequate for a crowd. Only small sauce pan provided. We lost a good dollar amount of food to the extreme ant infestation unfortunately I took video not realizing you can’t place video in this review, screenshots of the video don’t tell the story. They made no apologies or compensation, they did offer to come spray or leave a can of spray, but the damage was done. The place was somewhat cleaned but not vacuumed upon our arrival.
