This charming Lake Martin condo rental offers a cozy, single-level layout perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy stunning waterfront views and easy access to the tranquil waters.
Relax in the inviting primary suite, offering privacy and comfort. Featuring a king bed, a soothing bath, a walk-in shower, a spacious closet, and a private balcony with breathtaking lake views, it's your personal oasis.
The guest bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, providing restful sleep for additional guests. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a twin mattress, perfect for accommodating up to 3 guests, including little ones. Additionally, there is an optional twin/toddler mattress available for little ones to sleep on the floor.
The open living room and kitchen area is designed for both relaxation and convenience. Prepare delicious meals with ease in the kitchen, then gather in the inviting living room featuring a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi for movie nights or catching up online. The living room also boasts an easy to use gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The balcony includes another gas fireplace and sunshades for added comfort and relaxation.
Step outside to the balcony and soak in the stunning lake views, or head down to the complex's refreshing swimming pool for a leisurely dip. Enjoy a friendly game on the community tennis courts located within the family-friendly Stillwaters Gated Community, perfect for some outdoor fun. Nestled a few buildings over from our other rental, Stoneview Waterfront Wishes, within the Stoneview Summit condo complex, Stoneview Lakeside Dreams offers easy access to various Lake Martin attractions, including the Harbor Point Marina, The Landing at Harbor Point, Bluffs Daiquiri Bar, Stillwaters Golf Course, and Prime Steakhouse. Approximately 30 miles from Auburn University and 3 miles from the new Lake Martin Grocery, this location provides convenience along with a host of activities to enjoy.
The property features an assigned boat slip, accommodating one boat. Please note that boat trailers are not allowed on the premises, ensuring a clutter-free and serene environment for all guests.
