Vår mysiga stuga är en fantastisk plats för Auburn helger eller en avkopplande resa. Den har två sovrum och två badrum. Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och det andra har två våningssängar så det kan sova totalt sex. Det finns en bäddsoffa i hallen Om det behövs. Hällen, köket och frukostområdet är alla mycket öppna med högt i tak och skärmen verandan fungerar som ett andra vardagsrum. På vattensidan finns ett stort däck för att grilla och underhålla och ett andra däck ner närmare vattnet.

Det finns många restauranger i närheten ... Niffers vid sjön, Oscars, Poplar Dawgs, tabell 34, Lake Martin Pizza och Home Plate Cafe för att bara nämna några. Smith Mountain ligger precis längs vägen om du vill ta en vandring, en riktig vandring! Det är mycket roligt för hela familjen. Jordan Hare är ungefär 30 minuter bort så det är en fantastisk plats för spelet.

My family and I had a great stay on the lake! We enjoyed the dock, swimming pool, and walks in the neighborhood. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful wedding weekend!

The cabin was perfect to host us and some of our family in town for our daughter’s wedding. Cabin was cozy and welcoming and check in/check out was a breeze. Love the location with great access to the water. Perfect for a weekend at the lake!

Excellent property! Being in the cove with neighbors and other children was so fun! The lake was beautiful! We suggest the rope swing, old man’s island and peanut point. Fueling up our boat was so easy and close to the house. The owners communicated clearly and quickly through stay. Definitely booking again next year!

Lake Martin Cabin

Cabin was excellent and had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful location and the group all agreed that we would stay there again on the next golf trip. Owner was easy to work with also. Overall, could not have asked for a better experience.

Awesome lake getaway!

This house was perfect for our family to relax and and enjoy our son’s graduation weekend in Auburn. The hosts were wonderful to work with and the home and amenities were top notch. The view was beautiful and it was even a blessing to be able to include our fur babies! We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place for our family to get away together for Thanksgiving. It was private, quiet, nestled in the woods on Lake Martin tributary. Just a short hour away from Auburn where members of our family attended the Iron Bowl. We grilled out. The kids made Samores on the fire pit by the lake. It was great. The kitchen was equipped with everything. Beds were comfortable. One of the best places we have stayed as a multigenerational family. We will love to come again in the summer to take full advantage of the water sports. The owners were wonderful to deal with.

The pictures in the listing don’t do this home justice. So much attention to detail down to the luxurious linens. We so appreciated the fresh clean air- no fake air fresheners, no strong odors, just a refreshingly spotless clean home. The upper deck is in the tree tops so I enjoyed the birds all the way to the lake below. A quiet get away that was hard to leave!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my family. We had our own private pier but there’s an inlet wrap around boardwalk for all to enjoy! You can walk to the pool from the boardwalk. Paddle board and kayak all around the area, (two paddle boards and one kayak furnished). House was beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you for a great stay.

Lakeside Tranquility

This is a wonderful property if you want a peaceful quiet lakefront stay. The property comes stocked with everything you need to make your stay worry free. Communication was great. We even had an emergency that required us to stay in the area longer than planned and they were great in helping us extend our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Felt like a home and not a rental

This is our 2nd year we have vacationed on Lake Martin and our 2nd time staying at this cozy lakefront property. This house is loaded with everything you would need to enjoy Lake Martin with family or friends especially if you travel with a pet. Owners are quick to reply to any requests and were very accommodating when we need to check in early from a long travel day. I would and have recommended this house for anyone looking to enjoy this area.

Labor Day 2023

This was our second stay at Randy & Toni’s home. Everything was clean, as usual. The area is quiet and the perfect spot on the lake as it’s only a short drive to all the local restaurants and gas stations. That side of the lake is also peaceful and very little traffic. We love it there.

Fantastic trip!

The house was even better in person than online! It was perfectly suited for our needs. It was easy to locate and the directions were great! We had a slight hiccup before we arrived, but we were informed and the host stayed in touch until the issue was resolved. We rented a boat, relaxed, visited and had the best time! Lake Martin is beautiful and has captured our hearts, as has this house!

Great family vacation

First lake vacation and it was wonderful. We definitely will come again. Perfect location, neighbors were friendly and all went well. Pool was so clean and grandkids had so much fun swimming and playing for hours. Paddle boards were a big hit!!! Everything was perfect.. Dreaded to leave and return to reality. 😉

80th Birthday Celebration

My brothers and I rented 3 homes within a mile of each other and ours was the absolute best! So comfortable and so peaceful! It was represented perfectly in the listing and we will definitely be back if available. We were celebrating our mom’s 80th birthday with all of my nieces and nephews and their kids as well. I was very happy that my mom stayed with us in this cabin. It was perfect!! The hosts were fantastic!

Hello, we are the Nolin and Ellis families. The Nolins reside in Guntersville, Alabama. Randy and Toni are now empty nesters with two daughters recently graduating from Auburn University and absolutely love Auburn and Lake Martin. The Ellis family hails from the Atlanta area and have a daughter that has been brainwashed to attend Auburn University as well. Lee and Randy have been friends since childhood and both served long careers together in the military. In 1985, Randy talked Lee into joining the Alabama Army National Guard with him (and Lee has been trying to get out ever since). They have both been successful in their military careers, but somehow never able to outrank their wives. They were roommates at Auburn and still love to get together at the lake when they can.

Super friendly neighborhood on a quiet, secluded inlet. Nice upper and lower decks for entertaining or just hanging out. Several excellent restaurants nearby (Niffer's on the Lake, Poplar Dawgs, Oskar's, Lake Martin Pizza, and Chuck's Marina). Stop at Refroe's Grocery at the corner of 280 and 49 to pick up all your BBQ goodies and check out their excellent deli on your way in. For a quick bite, McDonalds, Jacks, and Subway are also at that intersection. At the corner of 34 and 49, you can find a pharmacy, a Dollar General, and two gas stations.
