The HubHaus Big Bear cabin is a fantastic retreat for all ages! With its stylish updates, prime location near the ski resort and lake, and a wide variety of activities—from a mini Pickleball court and Ping Pong, electric scooters, 10-in-one game table and more—it offers something for everyone. This property’s location near the ski resort and lake make it a perfect getaway for adventure-seekers looking to enjoy outdoor (And indoor) adventures year-round.
Your vacation home includes a master bedroom with a king sized bed. A second bedroom with a queen sized bed. A third bedroom with a bunkbed including a single top bed, a middle full sized bed, and a pull out twin sized mattress. Pac N Play included, high chair, and changing table always included.
The exterior offers you a hot tub, exterior dining (weather permitting) table, and BBQ. Exterior upper and lower decks.
Kitchen equipped with most amenities. Reach out with any questions, we probably have what you are looking for!
included with your stay: 2 electric scooters (bring your helmets :)), 2 bikes, Enhance Pickleball mini-court, DinkMaster Pro Midnight addition, And mini MINI pickleball court for the mini humans aged 3-7. Ping pong table, 10-In-One indoor game table, horse shoe toss, bean bag toss, 2 snow disk sleds, and the hot tub! Board games, of course. Oh, and electric piano, record player, and guitar!
City will plow the street, but we will provide private driveway plowing. Plan on driving out in a 4-wheel drive vehicle, and/or plan on bringing chains in the icy weather.
Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM. City requirement fully enforced.

NO firepits, FIRES, bonfires, portable firepits, makeshift firepits :) etc. This is an extremely important rule since we need to protect the safety of everyone, their pets, and wild animals. Please reiterate this rule with every guest who is attending, staying, or visiting during your stay. *****There is a $500 extra fee if any guest is found violating this rule.***** We anticipate your kind cooperation in this area, and please message us with any questions.

We love this quiet, stylish neighborhood with Mountain views. The city will plow the street, which is a great convenience. The home itself has most everything you will need.
