The place is absolutely a gorgeous condo but most definitely needs a good cleaning. But like I said it is beautiful place and we enjoyed every minute of our family vacation. Would return

Thank you for your kind words about the condo and for choosing us for your family vacation! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed every minute of your stay and that you would return. We take great pride in our property, and the condo is professionally cleaned after every guest, consistently earning excellent remarks for cleanliness. We are genuinely sorry to hear it fell short of your expectations in that regard. Since our office is onsite and just steps away, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay—had we been made aware of any cleaning issues, we would have sent our team over to resolve them for you immediately. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another beautiful vacation!

We’ve been going to Navarre for 20 years, and this was one of our best stays. The condo is well appointed with plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable with nice linens, and the first floor access is nice. The room and balcony feel very private. Beach access is convenient, and the pool is massive and clean with afternoon sun. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Parking is convenient and in a shaded garage. We had a fabulous stay and made many great memories- will definitely try to stay here again!

Good Location, Nice Condo

The condo is nice. Very spacious. The location is great. Being on the first level was so convenient. The beds are comfortable and everything is nice and updated. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. There were crumbs on the couches and one of the end tables. I moved the ottoman to vacuum and discovered even more crumbs. The shower has mold. The front of the fridge was dirty and the spoon rest on the stove had left over food caked on it. My housekeeper does a way better job at cleaning my home than this company uses. Housekeeping needs to wipe down everything - kitchen appliances, end tables, couches, under the runner on the dining table, the dining chairs. It was clear a family with small kids must have stayed in the unit right before us. Do better. No one wants to show up to a dirty unit. It's so gross.

Julie, thank you for the feedback regarding the recent stay, particularly the cleanliness concerns. Holiday weekend turnovers can be exceptionally demanding, but excellence in housekeeping is always the goal, a standard the team usually meets with five-star reviews. Immediate action has been taken to address this with the housekeepers. The opportunity to make things right upon arrival was missed. We would have been more than happy to promptly and gladly rectify the issues with the crumbs, spoon rest and refrigerator door, had we been informed.

Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have never in 40 years coming to Navarre beach ever been accused of something. The staff needs to call and ask questions before making accusations. The Room could have used better cleaning. The refrigerator had smear marks all over it and the sliding glass doors. I found other people belonging under bed. One of the bathroom smelled like it might have a sewage problem. Then the washing machine smelled of sewage. I have never in my life time ever had any issues with any rentals. I would not recommend. The best place I have ever stayed at on Navarre beach is Sigar Beach town homes.

Ease of access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beach Colony for the last 10 years. This is the first time we pre-booked for next year. The first floor condo's ease of access alone was a bonus. It's a beautiful, roomy condo. I highly recommend!
