Det 6800 kvadratmeter stora huset ligger på 4 1/2 tunnland lakefrontage vid sjön Travis i Austin, Texas och sover 28. Fastigheten har 420 fot vattendrag som ligger platt mot sjön så att du kan gå rätt i, detta är inte en av de egenskaper som är högt uppe på en klippa med bara en sjöutsikt.

Vi har en helt ny pool och badtunna som just har slutförts!

Önskat läge, mycket privat, nära staden, har allt! Över sjön finns ett naturskydd som aldrig kommer att byggas på. Fastigheten erbjuder många aktiviteter och mycket roligt:

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well-maintained property. The host was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local activities.Please note that guests are expected to leave the property very clean and dispose of all trash and leftovers upon departure.

Bachelor Party

Came for a bachelor party with a big group. Everybody loved the space and all the house had to offer. You would find it very hard to get bored here. Tucked away so you have some privacy.Only bummer was the lake was dried up where the house was. Owner was transparent about it though. It also didn't even affect the trip much. Communication overall throughout the process was great.Would book again.

Awesome stay at a special property!

We loved our stay at Camp Sandy! David was extremely helpful and communicative from the moment we booked our stay - gave great recommendations. The property itself was perfect for our group of 15 guys, plenty of fun games & activities to do in the expansive yard a pool and hot tub. Plenty of beds for everyone and space to hang out, eat dinner, etc.Very close to marinas and launch points for a boating trip, which we did Saturday during our stay. And easy access to downtown in 20-30 mins.We would definitely highly recommend Camp Sandy for an active group of friends looking for a great place to stay near Lake Travis!

Softball Tourney Fun

I stayed at this property with a high school softball team, we had 24 total people and it worked out amazing with the rooms. The girls had the entire downstairs, coaches and myself had the 3 rooms upstairs. We played in a tourney in Lago Vista and the girls had a blast. Pickle ball was the biggest hit, but there were late night volleyball games, hot tubbing, pictures taken all over the beautiful property. We ate dinner outside one night on all the picnic tables and it was so nice out. I would love to visit again when the lake is full but honestly there was so much to do that we didn’t miss it. Highly recommend and David was amazing throughout the whole stay. P.s. If you get the chance look up Chef Rita…she came to the house and cooked dinner and it was delicious!! David has her info.

This place has everything! Great place. Great Host. Great time. We really had a wonderful time. The kids stayed outside all day playing on all the different games. Boys Trip

The property is truly spectacular. It has everything you could ever need and more. Family reunion at Camp Sandy

We came to Camp Sandy for the UT football game and a family reunion. The house and property were amazing! The host, David, was super helpful and responded quickly to questions or needs. He even brought us some local food. The house is enormous with lots of kitchen space (4 refrigerators!), lots of king bedrooms and games to play both inside and outside. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. The only problem was that the lake levels are down so we couldn't do some of the water sports like kayaking. That said, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with your stay.

Great Lake House!

Had my bachelor party here and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, with a whole property including a pool and a hot tub. David was fantastic, and was very communicative. David got our group breakfast tacos one morning and tiffs cookies on the last night. Highly recommend!

Good place for 3 day family reunion

Property location was good with access to retail and food trucks. The property is not near water since the lake is low. And we didn't find a path to the water. Great room and kitchen on upper level were wonderful as was the game room in lower level. Be aware that the pool, which got a lot of use, is away from the property (very short hike) and there is a hill to descend, and the return is a climb up. Then there are steps to the upper level. Lots of fun things to do both inside and out. Drawback was the mattresses except for me and my wife who had the master suite (very nice). Overall, I would recommend this with the understanding that we knew what we had going in. Plus, our 7 grandchildren, ages 3 to 18 were never bored. How do we know? Because they never complained, and they want to do this next year. P.S. Bring bottled water because the location has well water that is not tasteful.

Superior vacation experience at Camp Sandy

The home is well appointed, the owner/mgr is always available to answer questions and the surroundings are lovely and full of so so many things to do. This is our 5th year at Camp Sandy and 3rd year of no water in the cove. But the pool is awesome, so was sand volleyball, corn hole, putting, shuffleboard, and on and on and on. This is a large family get together each year and we all agree it feels like home.

Wonderful Memories

David was helpful every step of the way. He ensured everyone was comfortable. We ranged in age from 5 years to 76years old. There were activities for everyone. The pool was a huge success. Life jackets, water toys & rafts were all provided (even sunscreen). Corn hole, sand volleyball and so much more. Inside there were games, puzzles and 2 karaoke machines. Again, inside toiletries were available. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We made memories. Thank you, David. We loved Camp Sandy.

Great Family Reunion at a Great Place!!

Camp Sandy is a great place for a large group! There are plenty of things to do and spread out if needed! We were a group of 27 and never felt crowded at all! David, the owner and manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Amazing experience

Staying here was an amazing experience. We were a couple in our 70’s with three adult children who brought their spouses and own children ranging in age from 1 1/2 years to 15. There was something for every age group to enjoy—all the kids fell into bed exhausted every night after playing hard all day. The home, while not fancy, was clean and offered enough space for each family to have space for privacy. It was also incredibly well stocked; more generously than most, not only providing more than enough towels, shampoos, and soaps but also unexpected amenities like ice chests for borrowing, stand mixer in kitchen, lots of suntan lotion, lighter fluid/wood for firepit s’mores night, etc etc. We were actually glad that there was no lakefront because there were so many young nonswimmers, but guests should be aware of possibility. The pool and hot tub were well used and appreciated. David, our host, was the most involved and helpful host we’ve ever had. He met us the first day to walk us through the property, and texted every day to check in and make sure there were no problems. He gave us breakfast burritos on the first morning, and warm cookies on our last, all devoured gratefully by our hordes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My mom did lots of charity work, so in her honor we are committed to sharing this beautiful property with groups of foster care kids on a regular basis, and donating a portion of our income to the local foster care community. It is a truly unique and beautiful property. I have added lots of amenities and will continue to build this into an amazing place for people to make life-long memories. I hope and expect that people will fall in love with this place and come back each year.
