Private 1-Bed Modern BoHo Chic Styled Residence
This private residence was designed to resemble a luxury hotel suite. It has a clever floorplan to maximize the space. It is located close to Old Town Clovis, various retail/grocery stores and also a park.
There is an open kitchen and living room area that are connected. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare any meal including plenty of storage and brand new appliances. The living room offers mid-century furnishings and a 50 inch SMART TV. The home offers very HIGH speed internet and a desk in the bedroom to utilize as a workspace.
The bedroom has a new king hybrid mattress. All linens are are professionally cleaned. White towels are provided for all guests. Various features of the bedroom help separate it from the competition.
The unit is completely partitioned off from a larger home. It is attached but is soundproofed and has its own private entrance. There is no door that goes to the main house. Only an exterior private entrance. There is street parking that is set aside for the tenant of this unit.
Pets must be discussed with owner before booking.
