With space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, this retreat is designed for relaxation and convenience.  Enjoy the private driveway with uncovered parking for four vehicles, making it easy to bring along the whole crew. Open the garage doors and enjoy the fresh Salt Air! With a ping pong table, seating, and an additional fridge, you can keep the entertainment going even after the beach! Golf carts are welcome, so you can cruise to the beach in style. Walking distance to the Kure Beach Pier and restaurants!   Whether you're soaking up the sea breeze from your balcony, exploring nearby attractions, or unwinding in the beautifully updated interior, this home is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories. Ground Level:

Private Neighborhood Beach Access for Kure Dunes. Sand shower at beach access. Backyard shaded patio with brand new exterior stairs to Level 2. Charcoal grill, oyster shucking table. Private ground-level entrance with beach storage for sandy toys and suits. Two garage play and picnic areas with beach gear to share with guests, and a ping pong table.

Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed, TV, dresser, closet. Hallway bathroom with bathtub and shower, single vanity, and toilet.

Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Family TV and game lounge: two sofas, wall-mounted large screen TV

Guest Bedroom 2: queen bed, dresser, luggage stand, and side chair.

Level 2:

Ocean peek-a-boo view front porch with rocking chairs.

Ocean view living room: sectional, loveseat, wall mounted large screen smart TV, breakfast settee for 2. Dining for 5 at kitchen island.

Kitchen: granite counters, center work island with glass top inset electric range with Jenn air vent. Fully equipped for making meals at home.  All stainless refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher.

Dining Nook: seats 8 at traditional dining table. Door to back yard sun deck.

New build back yard sun deck: picnic tables, side chairs.

Primary King Suite: king bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers, wall mounted smart TV, ensuite bath.

Primary Ensuite Bath: double vanity with solid surface top, custom tile rain shower, toilet.

Guest Bedroom 3: queen bed, dresser and mirror, luggage rack, access to shared bath.

Guest Bath: linen storage, bathtub, tile shower surround, single vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom 4: queen bed, dresser, upholstered side chair



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:

No Pets Allowed



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or enjoy a relaxing ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a quaint little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat.
