0/10 on cleanliness. The cleaners did bare minimum while cleaning prior to our arrival. For the price of condo, parking passes should’ve been included. The location and view were beautiful.

Oceanfront Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X 601 and the property was very clean. Only items to note: we did not have enough bath towels provided at check in and had to wait until the next day to get more towels delivered; this unit is at the farthest point & opposite end of the parking garage. We did not have little ones and were very capable of walking - but it is a small hike... so plan accordingly. Having only 2 bathrooms was somewhat problematic for 9 people, but we made it work. I would look into a 3 bath unit for our next visit. Overall, we love the location next door to Flora-Bama, as our son played in the band several nights there and it was a treat to just walk home from the venue.

This condo was not clean at all, very dirty. Also, there were candy wrappers in one bedroom and sand in sheets. All the pillows were terrible and old. There were not enough bath towels, only 6. There was not a blanket for the pull out couch. The kitchen was poorly stocked, there was only 4 knives, 2 spoons and 3 forks!!! The kitchen was in total disarray. One frying pan needs to be thrown away, it's totally useless. While the view and balcony was great, we will not rent condo 601 again. However, we will return to Phoenix X.

Dryer vent was clogged full of lint. Hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Floors were still dirty and sandy from the renters before us. Showers were not rinsed or cleaned prior to us checking in.

Unit was on the far end of the complex , too far for carrying groceries, beach gear, etc. Many items broken (lamps, curtains). Not a fully stocked kitchen ( no baking sheet, measuring cups). Unit needs to be cleaned throughly, under beds, dusted, baseboards. Operating TV's was a nightmare!

Excellent family fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything you would need to have a peaceful family retreat. The place was nice and clean. The only thing is it was far down the hall to walk every time we go somewhere.

It was great to be steps away from the beach and for the property to have an indoor pool for the chilly days. This specific condo is at the very end of the walkway so the farthest away from the parking garage. Only half of the power outlets worked, some of the curtains were falling down, and there were lots of places where the walls needed to be touched up. Not all of the light bulbs in the ceiling fans worked and the big lamp in the living room was somewhat broken when we got there (the light bulb socket was falling out). The skillets need to be replaced, a lot of the Teflon was coming up....We also bought batteries because some of the TV remotes wouldn't work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Phoenix X is a great location and very budget-friendly.

Great location but disappointing prep

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit’s cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a used bandaid on the floor and a dead roach in the kitchen upon arrival. Additionally, the provided dishsoap for the kitchen sink was used and only had about 1/3 of the small bottle of soap in it. Additionally, the bedspread on the primary king bed was simply an insert from a duvet cover that did not even cover the entire mattress. While we were pleased with the location and the staff in the lobby was super friendly, the prep for our unit left something to be desired. Also, calling this a “new rental” in the description is a bit misleading.

The listing pictures make this property look much better than it actually is. The cleanliness was terrible and it’s very rundown. We tried contacting the property manager upon arrival, with no answer and no return phone call. In addition to the poor conditions and lack of cleanliness, the internet didn’t work, and there were 4 remotes to the TV with zero instructions. See attached pictures from our stay. Beware of renting this property.

Stay was nice. Was a bit disappointed with the condition of the unit. Defiantly needs so fresh ing up. Paint chipping and unit looking worn. Cleanliness was not great. Food under couch and behind furniture hair balls in bathroom. Several outlets didn't work and the few that did were so loose items fell out plug. Several light bulbs were out and several lamps did not work. The location of the complex was great however the unit was a very far walk from parking garage and elevators. Check in was easy and having the keypad on the door was nice. Only tvs that worked was den and master bedroom. Had nice front balcony overlooking the bay but no chairs to sit on that balcony. Trip was good but we were a bit disappointed at the value and cleanness of the unit for the price paid. We will stay at this property again but i doubt we will stay in this unit
