Fantastisk utsikt över sol, surf och sand! Detta rökfria 1 sovrum, 1 badrum lägenhet ligger på första våningen mot stranden. Alla apparater / funktioner och uppdaterade möbler gör din vistelse bekväm och hjälper dig att känna dig bortskämd. Vakna till en fantastisk soluppgång över viken varje morgon från din privata uteplats. Det lugnande ljudet av havsvågor drar dig att sova på natten och lockar dig till stranden under dagen. Tiki Condominium-komplexet har 2 stora pooler som värms upp under vintern och är omgivna av frodig landskap.

Beachfront perfection

The unit was just as described, and only steps away from the beach. All directions were clear and reasonable, and there was enough room for my family if four for almost a week. I would absolutely book this one again!

A beautiful condo with great location.

We had a wonderful stay on the island, made better by this beautiful renovated condo. Facing the beach with beautiful views, in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. We had good, prompt, clear communication with our hosts, problem free.

Great Place!

We stayed at the Tiki and joined our friends on the beach! The location was excellent and the condo was perfect for our family (with pets)! We would highly recommend this property.

All around Excellent

This was my first time staying at The Tiki and this condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and very homey and cozy. I also loved how extremely clean it was!! The complex is also very nice and this condo is so close to the beach and pool. We will definitely be back! andand poolthe one pool.

This was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. Steps from both the beach and the pool. Short walk to restaurants, Turtle Inc. and Bird Sanctuary.

Family get away

We love this condo. It’s our second time staying in this condo host is great you really couldn’t ask for anything more we’ve been staying at the Tiki resort now for eight years every summer we do a family trip to South Padre in the future. This condo is going to be our thought out condo if available.

Yearly Family vacation

Have been staying at this condo for a few years now and have always been happy with our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and updated. The owner is very nice and responds immediately to any questions I might have. In addition, it's a beach front condo--the property is also nicely landscaped. Love it!

Restful and Relaxing

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was extremely comfortable with plenty of seating and comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Being able to sit beachfront on the porch was such a perk. We will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Nice Room Steps Away from the beach

Cozy little spot with a great location literally steps from the beach, full kitchen, and very clean amenities. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely stay here again.

Bill and Barb Bartell är värd

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
