Tiki # 140 ägs av Jackie och Jim Gallup. Vår lägenhet är en av endast fem Tiki bottenvåningenheter som vetter mot och söderut. Det är en stor 712 kvm "B" condo, större än mindre 580 kvm ett sovrum "E" enheter. Tiki # 140 ligger i Tiki East Building närmast stranden, "E" condos finns i Västbyggnaden nära kontoret. Vår lägenhet ligger 25 steg från Tiki privat strand tillgång och det har allt du kan behöva för en helg eller en vecka på stranden. The condo ligger bredvid din bil, långt ifrån Clayton Beach Bar och byggandet av det nya Marriott Hotel. Det finns nya skjutdörrar för att hålla din lägenhet tyst. Det är bland de bästa Tiki 'B Condos och Gallup erbjuder det till lägsta pris.

Tiki # 140 har en king size-säng i sovrummet och 2 fåtöljer och 2 sovvagnssoffor i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett uppgraderat kök och ombyggd bad med duschkabin. Vi har 2 plattskärms-TV, Wi-Fi och kabel med 6 HBO-kanaler. Vi tillhandahåller sängkläder, bad och strandhanddukar och ett fullt utrustat kök. The Condo har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, hårtork, takfläktar, avfuktare och mycket mer.

Familjevänliga Tiki Condominium ligger vid norra änden av SPI. Tvärs Padre Blvd är Sea Turtle Inc. och SPI fågelskådning och Nature Center. (Se bild av sköldpadda release.) I närheten finns golf på SPI Golf Club i Laguna VIsta, Gladys Porter Zoo i Brownsville, SPI: s Schlitterbahn Water Park och besöker Mexiko vid Progresso gränsövergång. Det finns fiske i surfen, djuphavs- eller buktfiske, dolphin watching och ridning. Det finns volleyboll på Clayton Beach Bar, simning och vindsurfing och miles av öppen, orörd strand. Tiki är perfekt för familjer, 2 uppvärmda pooler, tvättmöjligheter på plats, gratis långdistans och vacker landskapsarkitektur.

Great location!

This condo has everything you need! Being on the first floor was nice and convenient. The grounds are well kept. Enjoyed being able to walk out my door and be at the beach within minutes.

Wonderful stay

Me and my family had a beautiful stay here at spi. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The ac worked great and it was very comfortable. The location is key! Literally a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay close to beach

I was very pleased with the accommodations and especially with how close to the beach. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog with us. The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to add a map of the tiki condos to the welcome package because it is challenging to find everything especially if you come in late like we did. Otherwise I have no complaints. The staff at the condos was very kind and helpful.

Rest & Relaxation

Comfortable one bedroom/one bath condo with beach access a few feet away. Nothing fancy but was perfect for my little family who wanted a mini getaway to rest and relax all day on the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

Awesome place! Condo had everything needed for 4 people. Furthermore, its location is perfect: easy and quick access to the beach and pool. Overall we had a fantastic time at SPI. We are definitely coming back!

Family Spring Break Trip

Good budget friendly place to stay with a pet that met our needs just fine. The only complaint I had was it was not as clean as I would have liked (towels in the bathroom had obviously been used to dry hands and not replaced, and had stains on them.) Other than that everything else was great. Just steps from the beach, quiet at night, decently comfortable bed, ect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on a budget.

Great location, really appreciated the beach, chairs, and the umbrella, very thoughtful.

Comfortable space, and furniture -some of our stays, the furniture has been more about looks than comfort, this was very comfortable. It’s a little tricky locking the front door. You have to pull quite firmly before it will lock, As the bolt hits the jamb. The door handle has some corrosion from the salt air, it sliced my finger locking the door. You might have someone run some emory paper over that, otherwise, great stay, very close to the beach super relaxing! Thanks!

Best Location! Cute Place!

This was the easiest rental we have ever had. Owners and property managers for Tiki Condominiums are very communicative and friendly! The place was great and almost right on the beach. Its tucked away at the perfect spot right by the pool on one side and the beach just around the corner. 1 min walk to the beach! It was clean and a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again!

The property and location was great, nice area, had no disturbance from other tenants, will return.

Just wanted to let owner know, tile is cracked and loose on each corner of stove, shower valve handle very loose, lamp not working in bedroom, no baking pan, bought one and left in condo, nice area, condo needs to be renovated and updated. We did enjoy our stay at the condo, would return.

Washing towels

We for the most part enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. The door handle was sharp and rusted which caused cuts on my hands any time I opened or closed the door. Salt air will cause that, so be careful. There is no towel exchange so you have to wash the bath towels. You can always bring your own extra towels to avoid this issue. We did not bring a pet. Although poop bags were provided people did not pick up after their pets. You might want to choose a "no pets allowed" property to avoid stepping in poop.

Very nice older condominium

Overall, very nice older condo - needs some modern updating in kitchen. My major approval factor was the closeness to the beachfront, which was so wonderful! My major concern and have discussed this with the owner, is that this condo needs to be updated to a keyless entry- not using the 1 key that was provided for 4 people. Key management, with 2 teens was difficult! If key issue was resolved, would make it a super VRBO rental!

Perfect little getaway

I have to admit, I 100% underestimated South Padre. We are Destin beach people, and this was a first for us. But I quickly found that SPI has so much to offer. The condo and it’s location made it even better. So very clean. Everyone had their own space. Our king size bed was very comfy. The pool area was beautiful. We did laundry every day so unpacking hopefully will be a breeze. The short walk to the beach is nice! I love seeing all the dogs on the beach. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. We would stay here again. We have zero complaints. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Heaven on Earth

Jim and Jackie have a cozy condo that contains everything you need to feel right at home. My son and I had never been to South Padre Island and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The shower had great water pressure and the bed was super soft. We had two TVs so we could both watch what we wanted without disturbing each other. There was plenty of room for just the two of us and we were extremely comfortable. The Tiki has an amazing heated pool only steps from the door. The proximity to the beach was absolutely heaven. I could sit on the front porch and listen to the stress slip away as the ocean waves were so soothing. I hope to be allowed back for a return visit. You cannot rent a nicer place in the area:)

The weather was horrible. =(

Unfortunately we had very cold, wet, windy weather most of the time. This really would have been ok had the furniture in our accommodation been more comfortable. Both sofas are hide-a-beds which are known to be uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting. One was a very hard/firm white leather, but it was not in a position where we could see the tv, so didn't use it. The other was an indoor/outdoor fabric that felt very plastic. It squeaked anytime someone moved. The two chairs looked nice, but were terribly uncomfortable for any extended use. They were both in dire need of some WD40 as they squeaked terribly. The whole atmosphere was cheap with no color at all on the walls - just bright, boring & inexpensive white. The art work - if you can call it that was old and mismatched. There were these horrendously ugly wooden tribal masks - I wanted to cover them, but had nothing with which cover them. Luckily, before our arrival one had fallen from the wall and was tucked away where I didn't have to look at it. It is clear that this place is done on the cheap for Spring break kids who might not take care of their surroundings. The king size bed, however, was a different story. I have slept in many terrible beds around the world but this was one of the best. It was very comfortable. We did bring our own bedding, so that made it more comfortable too. The kitchen was very well appointed. There was nothing at all missing and we were able to cook and store anything we wanted in the brand new refrig. The flatware was about the cheapest one could find, but it did the job. The bathroom was spacious enough. It did have some rust in places one would not expect to find rust, like on top of caulking, but it's at the sea and rust is to be expected in places. The popcorn ceiling was falling off, in very large chunks over the shower. I did notify the owner of this and he was going to look to see what could be done to fix it. Lastly, the door lock was completely corroded (sea air will do that) . We had difficulty with the lock the first night. Through the week we had issues locking the door. On the final day as we were leaving, it took about five minutes to get the door locked. My husband gave up trying to get the key into they cylinder and handed me the key - he wanted to leave the door unlocked. I took a video of my struggle and provided it to the owner who said he knew it had issues, but didn't know it was that bad. He said it would be replaced in a couple of weeks.
