Enjoy a beachside pool and hot tub along with an oceanfront BBQ area! The building is equipped with an elevator (there no stairs to enter the building or unit). There is private access to the beach through the building's carport. Covered, designated parking is available.
Primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, desk, dresser and has a dedicated en suite bathroom with a full shower and bidet. A sliding glass door keeps the room breezy and bright. Enjoy partial views of the ocean from bed!
Second bedroom is furnished with a queen size, custom designed, murphy bed that can easily stored for additional living room space when not being used. There is a dedicated closet and shoji doors that fully enclose the room from the open living space. This bedroom has the best view with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that overlook the ocean.
A second full bathroom is available in the living space with a full size washer and dryer.
A pullout sofa bed is available in the living room for additional sleeping comfort. A pack-n-play is available in the unit as well.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities to cook and bake your favorite dishes. The kitchen is open and allows for ocean views as you prepare meals. A dishwasher is also available for all the convenience you could ask for! Granite countertops and beautiful wood cabinets are a match for any chef's dream.
Guests are responsible for paying state mandated taxes prior to/at check-in. These include General Excise Tax (GET) and Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT). These taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
