The kitchen has plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, some spices, other amenities and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee available. There is a front porch and a back deck with a bbq. There are maple, cedar and pine trees circling the property, a large grassy yard and trails that lead to Covington Creek.

The whole house and yard are available for use, except for the garage and sheds. A worker will possibly access the garage on occasion.
