Location, location, location! This wonderful property is conveniently located near Downtown Napa, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Fully furnished home recently renovated with hardwood floors and a large kitchen.
As you enter the home, off of the living room to the right, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bath, one of the bedrooms is a Master bedroom with access to the backyard. After the living room is the dining room. To the right is the kitchen with access to the backyard and to the left there is another Master bedroom with a full bathroom and access to the backyard.. Washer and dryer onsite. 1 car garage.
This home is regularly used by the owner when not leased, so it is truly outfitted ( including WIFI, kitchenware and linens).
