The cottage was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is walk friendly, pool and setting were serene and private. Cozy little backyard for outdoor enjoyment. We couldn’t have loved it more!

We really love Carol's Cottage and have stayed 3-4 times over the years. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching deer wander through the neighborhood and the bird watching was great. Great communication.

We love staying at Carol's Cottage. We've stayed there multiple yrs in a row. Very clean, quiet, beautifully furnished. Even offered a heating pad!!! ((stored under bathroom sink)

Perfectly sized cottage with full kitchen, porch, backyard for a little green space and a great neighborhood. Walkable and quiet yet convenient. Having visited Kerrville several times we did not know the Methodist Encampment area or Mount Wesley but we'll be back! Grateful there was a little coffee on hand since we got in late and drove through a heavy rainstorm so we visited HEB the next day for creamer, etc.

Came to Kerrville for a girls weekend with my college roommate. We had a wonderful time. Carol’s Cottage was the perfect landing spot. The house was very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the essentials. We enjoyed watching the wildlife through the picture window. We hope to comeback.

This was a wonderful place. We loved watching the deer in the evening. Beautiful inside and the outside landscape was breathtaking, We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. We are hoping to stay here again when visiting our grandkids. Carol was the perfect hostess!

Carol's cottage was perfect for my needs. I had my dachshunds with me, and I was able to just open the back door and let them out into the secured yard. The landscaping was really cute, the pool sparkling clean, and she even left a bottle of wine out for our enjoyment! Clean, pleasant stay.

The cottage was delightful. The community charming. We liked everything about it except the mattresses. We tried both beds. Each bed would have been ok for a solo sleeper but totally uncomfortable for two. Get new mattresses and it will be perfect. Almost forgot. Need vinegar on the shower head. And a hand held would be very helpful for those vertically challenged like me.

The cottage was incredible when we stayed. If I could give this a better rating than excellent I would!! Carol was so wonderful as well. Her yard is beautiful and she had lots of toys and a sand box for our grandkids to play in!! The pool was a nice added touch as well!! We will definitely stay here again as we frequent Kerrville often to visit the grandkids. Thanks so much Carol for making our stay so comfortable!!

We loved staying here! So warm, inviting and peaceful! Our grandkids came by for a visit and enjoyed the pool with us, very special memories were made. Thank you! We would love to stay here again when we are in town!
