Detta nybyggda trä och sten stuga har en veranda med utsikt över en damm. Det är perfekt för en lugn och avskild få bort från staden. Du kan vandra över kullarna, fisk ned på floden eller bara koppla av i hängmattan. Alla typer av infödda och exotiska Texas djurlivet kan ses på fastigheten. Stugan ligger bara en halv mil utanför Cade Loop väg på 120 tunnland. Detta område är den vackraste delen av Texas Hill Country. Även om stugan är ute i landet, är det mindre än en fem minuters bilresa till Guadalupe River och Ingram Lake. Stugan har 400 kvadratfot vardagsrum med ett vardagsrum / kök, sovrum och badrum. Köket har ett litet kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskbänk och stora brödrost. I vardagsrummet finns en soffa som kan förvandlas till en drottning bäddsoffa. Badrummet har ett handfat, toalett och dusch. Takfläktar är i varje rum och det finns två fläktar på verandan. Elektriska hotell liknande ac / värme enheter i sovrummen håller dig varm eller kall. Perfect little cabin!!

Cozy country cabin

We had a great stay at the property. It was close to town but also felt like you were in the middle of no where. We took advantage of the hiking and fishing on the property as well as the fire pit. The beds were comfortable so we all slept well.

This place is a gem!

We had a wonderful time in this little cabin. It was completely secluded, peaceful, and serene. At dusk each night, a whippoorwill started singing and we saw several deer. The sunsets were amazing! It was very comfortable and relaxing.

Cozy and Clean

The property was exactly what we wanted for our trip. We took plenty of walks and spent some time swimming with the very social fish in the lake. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. If you're staying in the warmer months though mosquito spray will be your best friend.

Great private rental!

My kids enjoyed the pond the best and the freedom that all the open space provided. There were clear cool star filled nights and a perfect sitting porch. The cabin is simple, clean and perfect for a small family. Next trip I hope to have friends secure the second cabin on the property.

Beautiful Getaway

This is exactly what we were looking for on Memorial Day weekend. My husband and I are nature lovers and wanted to get away from the crowds and enjoy some quiet time. We had 120 acres all to ourselves and got to hike and explore. We saw lots of wildlife and incredible starry skies that we don’t get to see in the city. Our hosts were wonderful and made themselves readily available if we needed anything. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a great porch that we used often. We were even greeted with a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. It was a slice of heaven and we can’t wait to go back!

Very Peaceful and Beautiful

My wife and I had a very relaxing time at Stacy Ranch, we fished for about 4 hours and caught perch after perch and threw them back in. While there we watch a thgunder storm roll in through the valley, it was awesome!

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle.

This place is quiet, peaceful and great to explore. We enjoyed feeding the different fish and turtle watching in the pond. We explored the 120 acres and sighted wild turkeys, deers, birds, and small frogs. It was a great getaway from the city. Beautiful sunrise and setsunt over the hills was a bonus. Definelty going to book again in the near future.

Fantastic get away.

We've stayed at many places in the Hill Country. This place is the best of many worlds. If you want to just relax and go for nice walks this place is perfect - which is what we wanted to do. However, if you are want to have quiet and experience the nearby town and activities this place is conveniently located. We felt like we were way out in the country but it is a quick run into town. A lot of care and work has been put into the accommodations and the property in general that make for a great wonderful and relaxing stay. We will be going back.

Always Great

We’ve returned for a 3rd visit and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back. This is better than Home. It’s always difficult to pack-up and leave the cabin. Every time we stay here, I’m rested, relaxed and rejuvenated. For us, it’s the absolute perfect place. We’re grateful for the Stacy’s and their selfless act of sharing what they have. Quaint cabin on beautiful land

We loved our stay at Papa’s Palace. It’s a small cabin but it has everything you need. The owners were very thoughtful with everything inside from the coffee and tea to the books and games. We had a great time fishing down at the pond and sitting by the fire at night. We drove through the jeep trail and saw many deer! Going in the winter is really the best time of year to be there. Far enough out to feel remote but close enough to town that you can run in for a meal. There is another cabin within view so keep that in mind. It would be great for two couples or family to stay in both. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful scenery!

Our families are fourth and sixth generation Texans. We've been lucky enough to live and raise our family in the beautiful Hill Country along the Guadalupe River. I am a retired banker and school teacher and am currently the director of a local non-profit organization. I enjoy spending time outdoors.

This property has been in my family since 1936 when my grandfather purchased it. The 120 acre pasture is part of a larger working ranch that is located between Ingram and Hunt Texas.

Beautiful natural scenery along with gorgeous Texas sunsets from the tops of the hills. Quiet and peaceful but located just minutes away from Texas Highway 39 that takes you to west to the quaint town of Hunt (10 minutes) or east to Kerrville (15 minutes). San Antonio, Texas is just an hour away.
