TERRIBLE BED, no bath towels, close to parking garage, clean room
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The bed made the trip beyond horrible! We were sleeping on springs! Called the front office numerous times to speak to a manager and went in person one day to be told they were in a meeting. We had to go to buy a mattress foam topper to put on the bed. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and were left with 4 towels total for the entire stay. I text to get towels on our second day and they said that I would have to go across the highway to get towels exchanged because they already crossed over to clean the bayside and we were on the Gulfside. So I waited until the next morning as told to do and still had to go and walk across to the other side of the highway to get more towels! This is totally unacceptable and inconvenient for a vacation! If youâre not going to at least give each person a towel a day you should have warned them before they book so they can bring their own! Your dealing with sweat, sun, sand, and chlorine on these beach trips and Iâm sure no one likes to reuse and towel they bathe their body with! Do better! Then all we got of course was âIâm sorryâ. 🙄
