Perfect for couple or small family

My teenage daughter and I stayed for spring break and the accommodations were perfect for us. We have stayed in this facility before, so we were familiar with the beach, pools, hot tubs, lazy river, etc. This unit is conveniently located in the middle of everything, but still retains your peace and privacy. We parked on the 4th floor of the garage, so it was a short walk to our room. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the hosts were both attentive and responsive when the refrigerator decided to stop working briefly. We were brought a generously sized min-fridge to keep our perishables until the issue was resolved.

Great place!! Kids really enjoyed the lazy river .

Over all a great place . Nice and clean. And everything we needed was in the room. Only thing was the toaster did not work.

Nice, clean, convenient, without a view

I stayed for 6 nights, figuring out the TV’s were frustrating, the room is conveniently located near parking garage. Locating a luggage rack was next to impossible. I was traveling alone for the first time ever. So the multiple trips to carryall of my luggage and groceries was a big chore.

Loved the use of multiple pools, location of beach and lazy river.I would definitely recommend new chairs get purchased for balcony - thankfully we noticed they were rusted before ruining any clothes, but our beach towels are trashed from them (didn’t feel comfortable using your white bath towels).

Just what we needed!

Cozy was a perfect description of this unit. It reminded me of an NYC apartment (with a better view). I was hoping for more of a view, but from the balcony, we could see both the bay and the Gulf in the distance. Even though there was a nearby tornado (which we slept through), the weather was, for the most part, beautiful. A nice breeze kept the temperature down, so being outside was enjoyable. It was a last-minute getaway for us and just what we needed.

Great beach stay!

The condo was the perfect amount of space for my husband & I! The unit had everything we needed except a washer & dryer (and Destin West doesn’t have any machines you can use, either, so you have to use a local laundromat). The condo was clean & comfortable, however, and a great location for the beach!

Relaxing & Restful

This property has everything you need, just bring your suitcase and order your groceries. It is a short walk thru the Gulf side area to the super soft beaches with spectacular water. Walking distance ( a parking lot away) from multiple dining options, gift shops, gelato shop & coffee shop as well as the boardwalk. The host helped us with everything we needed and responded very quickly, also checking back in after the fact. We plan on staying here again! Thanks for a wonderful trip and thanks Russ & Beverly for everything!

Location was great. All the pools except two were freezing. The room was pretty small for four people. I would recommend 2-3. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and old. It was nice they had toiletries, towels and linens. Lots of families around. Loved the balcony.
