This studio (guest suite) is perfect for your escape to a tranquil and peaceful retreat. With 2 queen beds, heating, AC, WiFi, smart TVs and more (see below), guests will have everything they need for a wonderful stay. This cozy space offers a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
NOTICE: The guest suite is a completely independent and private section of a larger condo. It is separated by a foyer. The suite includes two bedrooms, a full bathroom (towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer are provided) NOTHING is SHARED and you wonât meet anyone. You can secure the guest suite from inside while staying, for your privacy. One bedroom opens to a large furnished terrace with enchanting views. The terrace is exclusively yours. Walk to the terrace from your room and relax on the comfortable furniture. Drink a glass of wine, cup of coffee or work on your laptop. Itâs very quiet. Enjoy the enchanting views and sunny CA weather.
Please notice that your ACCESS is LIMITED to the suite & terrace. KEEP the DOOR that connects the guest-suite to the entrance hallway SHUT all the time for your own privacy. [you can only expect privacy inside the guest-suite. Neither the entrance hallway nor the terrace are meant to be fully private.]
There are plenty of free parking on the adjacent street. No parking on the premises is allowed at any time. Your car may get towed. The guest suite does NOT have a KITCHEN. But it has a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 2 large screen smart TVs, fans, heaters, cups, hangers, etc. (See photos). Thereâs also a good size closet and hangers in the second bedroom. We provide an iron if you ask for it. But for safety we ask to return it to us after youâre done. Plenty of restaurants within 5-15 minutes. That includes lovely Laguna Beach & Dana Point. For brunch we recommend Plumeria. Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria and Montage resorts are less than 10 min drive. Disney Land is about 30 min drive. John Wayne airport 25 min. Fashion island in New port beach about 25 min drive. Pacific highway is 5 min drive. LA 55 miles North. San Diego 60 miles south.

Hello! Iâm an experienced host who has hosted other listings. Youâre in great hands. My job is to make sure youâre comfortable & cared for. Iâm always a text away. My place is safe, tranquil and charming. We keep it clean & comfy. Note: have you seen the video of the person using plastic wrap sheets on airplane to insulate her section from rest? Once in a while we get those weirdos. Thereâs NOTHING you can do to satisfy these people. Please realize that every society has a percentage of those people. Itâs just statistics. Please realize that and ignore their review.
We have written many places on website with CAPITAL letters that the access is limited to the suite and porch. We even text the house rule before the guests come, despite all that âsomeâ complain that âwe were not allowed to go beyond the porchâ and give us low rating. These are the folks you donât want to date your daughter or be your neighbors đđœââĄïž

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, clean, charming and in very good location as far as beaches, restaurants, shopping and hospitals go.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
My previous guests have been giving the property high marks for its location, fantastic views & peacefulness. Unfortunately as you have experienced not everyone is society is mentally normal. We have had guests giving us bad rating for things we never promised in our listing like pool. We say multiple times in the listing that access is limited to suite and porch but then a numbskull has given us a low rating for being âsurprisedâ that access was limited.
