This rental was perfect for our vacation! Clean (it smelled wonderful too!), spacious and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect location too! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to walk to everything at both Seacrest and Rosemary beach communities along 30a. Alys is also within walking distance. Green Shutters beach house was fantastic and feels bigger in person than the pictures. We had a family gathering of 8 of all ages and it was perfect and very comfortable. Instructions for staying at the beach house and Seacrest community are simple and straight forward.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, the amenities were great and the house was very well stocked. It was definitely worth the price tag. We stayed with 4 adults and two toddlers and we never felt like we were short on space.We appreciated the games, nice mattresses, and a good handful of beach toys on the porch to borrow. If we had to make any note, it would be to be aware that the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a true closing door— just a barn door that doesn’t stay closed all the way, so not much privacy there!Overall, incredible stay. Super clean and cozy house!

Overall the house was amazing. Great location with so many amenities. We did have an issue with the washer and dryer, but management took care of it super fast. Would def stay here again. House was great.

The house was fantastic. Such a beautiful home in a great location! It was everything we were looking for and would highly reccommend it. It was well stocked and everything was as advertised.

We had a great time at Green Shutters. The Rosemary Beach area is so fun and exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and fit our needs for a wonderful family vacation. A few things would have made the stay feel more comfortable like a few more blankets and towels in the house, and having some Kleenex and some extra TP/Paper Towels around. We knew ahead of time that there wouldn’t be beach towels to use, but it felt wasteful to buy beach towels down there and leave them at the house because they wouldn’t fit in our luggage to fly back home. Overall would recommend though and hope we can come back!

Family Spring Break Trip

Excellent experience. Very responsive management. Great location on the property- close to food, literally on a tram stop to beach, walkable to Rosemary. Plenty of space for us, our 2 boys & my mother in law. Great amenities. Would rent again.

Loved the area, this was our first visit to rosemary beach, the house was conveniently located across street from the beach. There is a shuttle to the beach that picked us up directly in front of the home. The house was perfect for our needs. We did have an initial issue with the air conditioning and was promptly addressed and corrected. We were extremely please with the rental highly recommend this particular home.

Great location and nice house

The property is very close to beach and shopping around Rosemary beach, which makes it great for bike riding. The tram service was great along with the private beach. Only negatives are the pool isn’t heating, it was very cold, and the AC needs maintenance as it never can keep the house cool, was 80 inside during the day. I would definitely stay at this property again though, we enjoyed it alot.

Green Shutters

We had a great time at Green Shutters. It was convenient and a very nice, clean house. I would suggest replacing the twin mattresses. We would definitely stay here again. The kids were able to ride bikes everywhere. The house is located near shops and short tram ride to pool and beach.

Great stay

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! The house was so clean and beautiful and it had everything we needed. The community where the house is located is picturesque and in an amazing location. The tram system worked out great. It was so easy to call and we only had to wait a few minutes at most each time for a ride to the pool or the beach. Some people have mentioned that the pool is not heated, which is true, so it is a little chilly, especially since we were there in early April. But overall, it wasn’t terrible. We really loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone!

Perfect house for a wedding weekend!

This was the perfect location and space for three couples visiting for our friend's wedding weekend. Everything was clean and spacious. The location is amazing! We walked and biked to everything we needed. Hints... bring extra supplies such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. Also, the twins beds (which were a great add on for a few kids) are located immediately inside the front door with no doors leading into the kitchen. We didn't realize that from the pictures, but it all worked out for us. I would highly recommend.

Green Shutters is an OUTSTANDING home!

We were so pleased with the beauty of Green Shutters. Sheila made our process from booking the home to checking in so easy! This was our first stay on 30 A. We were a little disappointed at how hard it was to find a spot on the very crowded beach on our first day. We had a tram stop right across from our driveway, so that made getting to the beach easy. The pool is top notch, but it is very strict! People would stop by our chairs to check our armbands constantly, even asking my husband to show his when wearing long sleeves. We were told our chairs were too close to the pool and needed to move. It seemed to be a LOT. The community is absolutely lovely and we felt safe all of the time, however, one of our rented bikes was stolen on our last day. Thankfully, Noah with Good Pedals was able to track it down!

Considering we had the Red Tide and Hurricane Michael we still had a great time!

Great floor plan and spacious. Since you are using the first floor front room as a bedroom it needs some heavier panels over the bamboo blinds for privacy. I’d build a wardrobe in that bedroom and convert the closet in Hall to a shower. When you walk along the sidewalk on the left side of house there is a metal flange at the corner of the house that is dangerous to the height of little ones. We stuck a plastic water bottle on it to avoid injury. We enjoyed the porch table for dining but porch could use maybe a swing on front and a few more comfortable chairs. Security dept. was prompt with wristbands and shuttle service personnel were outstanding! Except for the Red Tide and Hurricane Michael our visit was great! Thank you for being “pet friendly”, our little dog Brut loved being with the family. Looking forward to our next annual trip to Seacrest next year.
