Overview:
Welcome to Beach Babe, a magnificent three story 4 bedroom and 5 1/2 bath home with a pool. The home is located a short walk to the beach and is convenient to the shops and restaurants of Sullivanâs Island. The large windows create an open feel and allow for great views.
Living Area:
The moment that you enter, take in the professional design, the warm toned wood floors, the ample seating and the open floor plan. Enjoy the large screen TV, a quiet conversation or the view of the pool. Thereâs even a wine cooler for your convenience. The first floor also includes a half bath.
On the third floor, you will find a TV room with a comfortable fold out sofa and a full bath. There's also a work station with full 360 views of the island.
Kitchen:
The open kitchen is a chefâs dream, including professional appliances, a huge island with seating and a butlerâs pantry with a second dishwasher and a microwave. The dining area is right next to the kitchen and has an view of the private pool area.
Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and that each have an ensuite bath. There are 2 king and 2 queen beds. The primary bedroom has a private deck and a dressing area with a quiet work space.
Bathrooms:
Two bathrooms have a tub-shower combination and three have a walk-in shower. Thereâs also a half bath on the first floor.
Outdoor Space:
There are many decks for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. The main floor deck is located off of the kitchen/dining area and offers a large dining table and a grill. The third floor decks have incredible 360 views of the island the ocean. The primary bedroom also has a deck with comfortable seating. The private pool area includes a covered seating area, a bar with flat screen TVs and an outdoor shower.
