• Bedroom 3: Custom bunk room with 2 QUEEN beds (bottom) + 2 TWIN beds (top), with direct access to full hall bath
Upstairs Primary Suite:

• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
