Two flat screen HD TV's, DVD player, stereo, high speed internet and board games offer many options for your entertainment. The complex is walking distance to Del Mar fairgrounds/race track, Old Del Mar, renowned Cedros design/shopping district, weekend farmer's market and the Solana Beach Amtrak/coaster train depot, as well as many great restaurants! You can walk everywhere and there is a CVS just down the street-- so there is really no need for a car!

Fabulous VRBO!

Would 100% stay here again! The complex is lovely, unit is nicely upgraded, beds are ridiculously comfortable, and the neighborhood is full of cute shops and yummy restaurants! Don’t miss the fun park at the end of the street with the gorgeous views of the ocean!

The house was great and exactly as advertised. It was clean and in good condition. My only compliant is that the owner was unresponsive. I sent a few messages a week before the stay that went entirely ignored by the owner/agent. They did have a friend check in on us during our arrival, and she was very nice/welcoming. That said, if I’m paying 4,000 for 6 nights, they should be able to return an email. And I can see how it could’ve been a problem if there was an issue that developed during the stay. If not for this only compliant, it would’ve been a 5-star review.

Great location, lovely info! We walked the long stretch of beach daily, sunsets every evening. There are several dining options within walking distance and plenty more just a short drive away. It was a delightful week!

The condo cute and clean with a great layout for a family; the property is a good fit for teens b/c it is enclosed and safe for them to walk around; fantastic location near the very quiet part of Solana beach.

The property was everything we expected and more. Mariam was great to work with and very helpful. Plenty of room for families. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Very private and safe. Secluded beach. Well equipped with most items. Will be back next year.

Beautiful property

Miriam was wonderful. She gave us so many tips on what to do, and where to go in the area the property is on a bluff so be prepared for lots of steps. The condo had everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable and clean. There is secured underground parking which was very nice. Great location for visiting San Diego, La Jolla, Carlsbad and of course the beach. It is a steep climb down to visit the private beach. Just think of it as your exercise for the day! Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We didn't use the grill but there was one available on the porch. There were two pools that we had access to. The condo complex is located on a bluff and the view is beautiful looking down over the ocean when you are standing at the top of the bluff. There are many restaurants, shops, and a CVS in easy walking distance.

Exceeded Expectations

We have stayed at many rental properties over the years and in fact stayed at many condos in Solana Beach over the years and I can confidently say this is by far the nicest one. The house is even prettier in person. There are beautiful designer touches throughout the house that give it a cozy and chic feeling. The kitchen is appointed with every possible thing you could need to make your stay comfortable. In fact we barbecued at home more than we dined out during our trip- something that was especially nice to be able to do given the pandemic. The condo is a five minute walk through the complex down to the beach and the fact that you have to descend about 100 stairs to get there means there are far less people on the beach than say in Del Mar. It feels like you have a private stretch of beach, which again was a huge bonus given the pandemic. The owners had their friend Mariam meet us to give us the keys, show us around the complex and the unit and that was such a nice touch to help us feel at home. She even met us close to 10pm when we arrived from LA. Usually we do not like to return to rentals we have previously stayed in but this condo is so perfectly appointed I don't see any reason we won't make this our go-to spot to stay in San Diego.

This is a beautiful condo! We are a family of 4 and we had a lot of fun. There is walkable restaurants, a pool/hot tub, tennis courts, and access to the private beach. It’s close to many amusement parks and things to do. I would say the only two things I wish I had known was that there is no a/c and the amount of stairs to everything is excessive, but I think it’s worth the private beach access. They do provide a lot of fans, but coming from AZ it was an adjustment to sleep without a/c. Miriam was amazing, so sweet and very knowledgeable about the property. It’s clean, calm, peaceful and beautiful! We would definitely rent again.

Great Stay!

We recently spent 9 days at this wonderful condo in Solana Beach and had an amazing stay. Miriam was a fantastic host—she met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and fully stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved the easy access to Solana Beach and the short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutiques. One of our favorite spots was Lofty’s Coffee—perfect for a morning walk and a great cup to start the day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!!

Solana Beach Week

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Loved layout with bedrooms on lower floor & upper level for family time together. My grandson enjoyed the TV nook while adults were able to have adjoining space to relax together, inside or on the roomy deck. Walkable to coffee shops & restaurants. Secure covered parking was nice bonus! Complex was very well maintained, including pool & hot tub area. Beach was great, but there are lots of stairs to reach it. However, you can access it, without stairs, via a short walk down the street to Fletcher’s Cove. Mariam, who showed us around the property, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us settle in with ease. We would definitely highly recommend this property, and area, to those looking for a safe, beautiful place to unwind. We are a family ranging in age from 8 to late 60’s and found something for everyone!

Cozy Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were warmly welcomed by Mariam. The condo is nicely decorated, very well equipped for an extended stay, and has lots of comfortable seating for hanging out. There is a grill, so we could cook dinner inside or out. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and a shopping street for browsing within walking distance. The beach is just down the stairs, and there are benches in the condo complex overlooking the bluff for lovely sunset views.

We stayed for a week at this property and really enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location within the overall property and has super access to the beach and local shops/restaurants. Miriam was kind, friendly and helpful as she got us acclimated to the condo and the whole development. Beautiful weather during our visit helped, too!

Great rental - comfy, clean, wonderful location

This rental was perfect and exactly what we needed/hoped for. It is very accurately described and extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The beds/bedding were so of the best we've experienced - comfy mattresses and lots of pillow options! The complex is nice and quiet, pool with hot tub and beach access are just up the stairs. The neighborhood has lots of fun restaurants and shops within walking distance, and all areas around downtown San Diego were very accessible, within easy 20-30 minutes drives. Covered garage parking, or easy street parking. And Mariam, who manages the property, was so helpful!

A wonderful stay in Solana Beach!

We had an excellent stay in Solana Beach. Ann's place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in a great neighborhood where you can easily walk to the beach, various shops on Cedros Avenue, lovely cafes and restaurants. Mariam, who welcomed us, gave us a warm welcome and recommended numerous restaurants and places of interest. She was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!!
