Good experience. The unit was clean and equipped with the items we needed. It was close to the area we were visiting. I'd book it again.

We enjoyed our stay in this private apartment in the Wallingford neighborhood in Seattle. The location is wonderful, easy walks to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the Burke-Gilman Trail. The private entrance is a plus, as is the cozy outdoor patio space in the backyard. The hosts were very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is that the decor is a bit dated and we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking above us and talking.

Great visit to Seattle

The place is a little dated but it was still 5 star. Great location, very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we head to Seattle again

Apartment was perfect for Seattle stay! Randy was excellent and very accommodating to anything in her power. The stay was great everything was clean, nice and well stocked and the shower was great! The location is quiet and excellent for seeing the entire city. I would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here, Randy was super helpful. Listing was accurate and solid value. Vrbo didn't deliver the check-in instructions email, so that process could have been smoother. Would also note that it was sometimes a bit tricky to find street parking, and the place got pretty warm at times. But overall happy with the stay and would return. Thank you, Randy!

Adorable & quiet neighborhood, walking distance to food, ice cream, shops, and Lake Union but bring your walking shoes as it is a bit hilly. Apartment is tucked behind the front units, so it doesn't get a lot of sunlight, but didn't bother us much as we were out and about during the day. A great place to stay while checking out the surrounding Universities. Close to UW and Seattle Pacific. The heated floor in the bathroom was a treat!

This apartment was perfect for my daughter and I during move-in week at UW. It is close to campus, clean, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and there are restaurants in walking distance. Randy was great! Very helpful and a great communicator. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Seattle.

Relaxing Oasis.

We loved the quietness of our stay. The private garden patio invited birdsong into the living space. The Wallingford location made it easy to leave the car behind so we could visit Seattle by bus. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, we'd gladly stay with them again.

When we checked into apartment B, there was an issue with the windows and I noticed my allergies were acting up a lot. The hosts planned to address it, but in the meantime they offered we change over to apartment A upstairs which was very kind of them. It was full of sunlight, had plenty of materials in the kitchen for cooking, and comfortable bed & couches. It was a great area to walk around — cute homes & gardens plus tons of delicious restaurants nearby within a 1 mile walk.

Walkable Seattle

This condo is perfectly located!!! A great older but well maintained part of the city. Walkable to green lake and gasworks park! 10 minutes to the space needle, 15 minutes to pikes place and the ballfields. Honestly had the best time!

This property was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were very nice and easy to operate sinks and shower. Only negative thing was there was mouse poop and a mouse trap under the living room sofa. The shower had no soap in it.

I wanted to correct this review, the mouse traps that were mentioned are actually spider traps and the "poop" was a dead spider by the trap. In the Northwest during this time of year the spiders come inside so we put traps out, this helps keep the spiders that do come inside to a minimum. We do not have rodents in any of our apartments. I do apologize for the lack of soap in the shower, sometimes the cleaners overlook some of the supplies and I was unable to conduct a walk thru before check-in, however I always tell guests if they need anything during their stay please contact me, I live 5 minutes from the property and I am more than happy to supply them with any missing supplies.

Place is simple, organized, and clean. Host is friendly. Only cons were the community laundry room was behind the bedroom wall, so it could be noisy at times but there are no use hours at night. We stayed for a month and for a few days there were new guests above us that were loud overnight making it hard to sleep. It is a bottom back unit away from the street which is a plus but sunlight may be limiting, which isn’t really an issue since we were out mostly.
