We have been vacationing on FMB for 18 yrs, since Ian the last 2 yrs we were on Marco Island. We were anxious to return to FMB, we love the beaches here. We were happy to find this condo available with beach location. Location is great, with easy walk to beach & cabana rentals. The condo is nicely decorated & clean. Easy communication & quick replies from Greg. A few other reviews stated the beds were uncomfortable/firm. We would agree, the main bedroom the mattress was incredibly firm, very uncomfortable. Appreciated having a washer & dryer in the unit, as well as beach towels.

Clean condo-great location

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our only issues were the faucet had to be repaired, the DIRECTV stopped working and the condo association pool was under repair most of our stay. The owner was good in communication and the description matched well of the condo.

Wonderful condo, great location, everything that was needed was provided in the condo. Publix is very close and has great selectioon of grab and go items. It was an easy walk to the beach and there is a company that offers beach chairs, cabanas , umbrellas for rental. I would definately recommend this unit and will be back.

Beautiful Unit and Location

The unit is stunning! Decorated very nicely, very comfortable furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. Views of the gulf, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island were amazing! The screened in lanai was fantastic for keeping bugs away while enjoying morning coffee and lunch! I lived in Charleston right after hurricane Hugo went through. I was well aware this area would have a lot of damage and construction going on. But none of that took anything away from our vacation! The quite time of 10 pm to 8 am was very nice! There are many many shops and eateries open, the beach is gorgeous, and the sunny days make vacationing here Fantastic! The residents of the area were so thankful that we had come to visit! Everyone was super nice and friendly. You could truly feel the love they have for their island! Everyone we encountered made sure we had the best visit to their establishment! Locations is perfect. Everything we wanted to see or do was a short drive. Check in and out was super simple. Greg is fabulous to work with. Very informative and very quick in replies. We had 2 problems that arose but neither of them any fault of Greg's. He responded quickly giving us information as to the situations. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat at! We have rented many many years through VRBO and I will say he is the best we have ever worked with! Do not hesitate to rent this unit! It's a Fabulous condo, with a Fantastic owner, and in Wonderful location!

Great location

Condo was close to restaurants, Publix, short walk to beach, approx. 10 min drive to Times Square. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

Great location right on the gulf Beach. Walk across the street to CVS for quick grabs. 5 minute walk to good restaurants and ICE CREAM. Beach was clean, great for shelling.

Great condo and location

This is a clean, updated condo on a beautiful beach. It had everything we needed. The $30/day for chairs and umbrella is worth it. There are some beach chairs in condo but it’s a little bit of a walk and who wants to lug that plus the umbrella is necessary. We saw dolphins and sting rays which was so cool. We rented a car to get around and I’m glad we did. Spent a day on sanibel island which is a must. Great trip! We’ll be back.

Wonderful vacation!

First time I've stayed here and just loved it. The condo is spacious, well decorated, LOVE the screened-in lanai and ample room to spread out. Everything we needed was provided for. Even though the property is right next door to Pinchers Tiki Bar, the music stops at 9 p.m. so was never inconvenienced by loud music (not that it was ever loud to begin with). The property also has a very nice pool and access to beach chairs/umbrella to rent. Can't say enough good about it!

Friends Get Away

We had a great time during our stay at this property. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed seeing the sunset on the balcony- listening to the music from the near by bar. It was great to be able to walk to stores and great restaurants. The farmer's market across the street on Tuesdays and Thursdays provided us with fresh seafood, pastries , vegetables and beautiful crafts to take home. The owner was great to work with.

Mother/Son Trip

My son and I stayed here to celebrate his college graduation. The condo was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful time. There were great views of the sunset over the beach from the balcony. We were provided everything we needed from the owner and he was very responsive to our questions. This condo was right on the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, etc,

Peaceful Paradise

This was our first visit to Ft. Myers and it won’t be our last!! The location of the condo is on the quieter end of the beach which we absolutely loved. The condo is beautifully decorated and just as described. Having restaurants/ice cream across the street from the condo was convenient and the excellent food was a huge bonus for us. Greg was easy to work with and even worked with us on a last minute extension to our stay. We can’t wait to return and will stay here again for sure!!! Thank you.

Quiet, peaceful, and convenient location

Nice property overall with so many ammentities close by. Great restaurants, spa, shopping, and more. I would recommend to those that don't want to be super close to the square and enjoy a more relaxed, quiet stay.

Enjoyed staying here

We were very happy staying in this condo. Access to the private beach was perfect and we liked the convenience of being able to rent chairs and an umbrella ($30/day 2 chairs + umbrella) from the vendors on the beach when we wanted to. The building is very quiet and the dining/living room area in the condo was perfect for my family of 4 while we relaxed, watched tv and played board games at night. We were happy with the amenities in the condo. The washer and dryer seemed brand new, we had all the appliances we needed in the kitchen and the rain shower shower head in the master bath was really nice. There was beach gear in the closet - towels, a big beach bag, a couple small chairs, a cooler and ice pack - all very practical and much appreciated! We did notice that the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and noisy. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa because if one of us moved, the noise of the mattress disturbed the other. We didn’t sleep great, but it didn’t ruin our trip. The location was great for us. It was convenient to have CVS and a strip mall across the street and we were glad to be farther south of the more touristy area because there was less traffic. The lagoon area between the building and the beach was so neat, we saw osprey, egrets, roseate spoonbill, cormorants, an iguana and more. We really enjoyed the wildlife. The beach was very cool too and we found beautiful shells, live sand dollars, fighting conch, shore birds and other interesting animals. Our family really enjoys things like that so this location was perfect for us.

Mother/Daughter Trip

My 20 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The entire building was well maintained and quiet. Very easy access to the beach and several great restaurants just across the street. Live music from the beach bar next door was only noticeable in the evenings while sitting on the balcony, but we enjoyed listening while we talked and unwound from our day. We would highly recommend this condo and will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Ft Myers Beach.

I always dreamed to have a place on the beach to go to. From the very first time I traveled to Fort Myers Beach I fell in love with the area. It is the greatest place to go and relax and not worry about a thing and just have fun. Great restaurants and so many fun activities to do. Plus I love the Beach and water sports.
