• Home is part of a duplex with limited shared areas including beach storage garage, trash area, and outdoor shower. The walk from the driveway to the front door requires walking by the neighboring units carport.
• AC & Heat provided by Mini Split units in each bedroom and living room.
• Entry floor front patio off Jamaica Ct is private for 817, the rooftop patio is your private designated outdoor space.
