Nytt till Vrbo i sommar ligger denna söta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum på den soliga sidan av en nordlig Mission Beach domstol gångavstånd till bukten, affärer, restauranger, katamaran.
Det stora sovrummet ligger på 2: a våningen med Cal-King säng och en tvilling över hela våningssäng. Det finns en 43-tums plattskärms-TV med direkt tillgång till havsutsiktens balkong.
Det 2: a sovrummet har en queen size-säng med 43 "Smart Flat Screen TV.
Det finns ett gemensamt badrum med dubbla handfat och badkar
1: a våningen vardagsrummet har catherdral celings och 60inch plattskärms-tv. Soffan drar ut till en drottning bäddsoffa. Köket är ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror och ett matbord för 6 gäster. På denna våning finns det ett annat badrum med dusch.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning water views that truly set the tone for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the views alone are enough to make you want to come back.The interior is beautifully maintained, with a cozy and comfortable living room that makes it easy to settle in and unwind after a day of exploring. The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals together — it seats six comfortably, making it ideal for both family dinners and casual breakfasts.One of our favorite features was the balcony — a quiet, peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and watch the world go by. It felt like our own little oasis.Location-wise, this place strikes the perfect balance. It’s conveniently close to all the fun of Belmont Park and the lively energy of Mission and Pacific Beach, but just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want it. We loved being able to walk to the beach, grab local bites, and explore the area without ever needing the car.All in all, this home is the ideal mix of comfort, location, and coastal charm. Wonderful stay right on the beach

The house was lovely and located just one block from the beach. It had all the items we could need for a perfect beach day - towels, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place!

We vacation in San Diego every year and this has been our favorite house so far. Loved the location and view of the ocean. My favorite part was the upper patio where I drank my coffee every morning and watched the waves. The listing is accurate and looks like the pictures. We will be back!

Perfect Spot.

This is a great option for a small family visit to San Diego. The house was clean, has two well-stocked full baths and beds were very comfortable. My daughter loved the “hidden” bunk beds. We didn’t cook, but kitchen had everything you would need. I really appreciated the coffee that was available for guest use!Walkable to so many options, but if you choose to have a car (as we did) parking was very manageable. We couldn’t fit in the garage, but never had trouble finding a spot on street nearby. If you get lucky there is a spot on alley right next to the house!Views of the sunset from the upper balcony were stunning, too!

Great SD getaway

This was such a wonderful little place to stay with perfect location. It is less than one block to the beach, which is absolutely amazing. It’s close to everything including the airport. I stayed here with my 4 year old daughter and my mother, and we had a blast. The place itself was very clean and was even fully stocked for kids with dish ware and toys. It was perfect for our family

Perfect place to stay

We loved this place. Beautiful, clean, and close to the beach. Beds were comfy, there were tons of things inside to use at the beach. House has books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes boogie boards. Will definitely stay again when i return to san diego.

Great House, Great Location

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and included many items you typically don't find with VRBO rentals (paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc.). The owner was kind and responsive to our questions. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. As a former San Diego resident, I can honestly say you won't find a better house and location in Mission Beach.

Holiday Beach Time

Absolute perfection!

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. We visit Mission Beach a few times a year & this was our favorite stay yet. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect. The parking is tight but that is expected in this area. Like other reviews have noted, plan for a small SUV or small sedan. The beds were comfy & we had plenty of space for my husband & I as well as our 17 & 20 year old daughters. The property had everything you need to spend the day on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Feels just like home!

We felt right at home! House is well stocked, from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms! The host could not have been any more supportive and responsive! It is a great location, close to both ocean and bay. The small garage is a bit of a challenge, but after a couple tries at parking our compact rental, it was quite easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was neat and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. It's a very short walk to the ocean beach on one side and Mission Bay on the other.

Awesome location!

Emily's place is just a couple houses away from the beach and boardwalk. The beach is viewable from the front porch or the balcony that sits off of one of the bedrooms. It has all the necessities and some. Emily was a great host and provided clear instructions for check-in and our stay. Everything is as described in the listing. The garage is truly for a compact car - which Emily states very clearly in the listing and instructions. We were able to find parking right outside the house most days throughout the week. On the weekend we were able to find street parking pretty easily. Would certainly stay here again.

Definitely worthy of another stay

It was wonderful from the smallest detail to the largest . Do not hesitate to VRBO this place !! Only negative was the empty propane tank for the grill . And honestly, I didn’t feel like I should have to be the one to fill the tank for the owner . So Wish we could have enjoyed grilling outside on the deck .

Great Memories!

Had such a good time, great location, loved the porch with the view. It was so nice having our evening meal while enjoying the sunset. Nice layout, beds were cozy close enough to hear the ocean-so nice, a great reset. Erin the owner was very helpful and responsive. Will for sure come back again.

60th Birthday Trip

A week-long stay which was perfect for a family of four. Steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants. The property contained everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise, the trip was great.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Spent 5 nights here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. It was our first time in San Diego. This house was perfect for us - great space, well stocked, clean and we appreciated the AC as the weather was quite warm. The location of this house was perfect. So close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.
