New build-stylish-cozy room,DC’s Best Dining & Attractions
Welcome to our inviting 2-bed, 2-bath condo not entire apartment ( Private room) where you will stay with another guest or host .
( Private suite room with bathroom not shared but kitchen and living area are shared )
perfect for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
Single person only .
-Bedroom – Queen bed, medium-firm mattress, workspace, closet, and plenty of natural light.
-Bathroom – En-suite with a modern walk-in shower and bidet.
Shared Spaces – Kitchen and living area shared with other guest or host . You can expect to share these spaces with the other people in the apartment at different times of the day.
No cooking during your stay .
Amenities – high-speed Wi-Fi ( Verizon), air conditioning, heating, Hot water , dish washer. ( Samsung ) Fridge and freezer (Samsung )
and a 55” Sony Bravia TV with youtube ( in the living room) .
Security Cameras – We have exterior security cameras at all entry points for safety. These will be recording during your stay.
