Min pensionat ligger nära Fort Totten tunnelbanestationen, restauranger och shopping på Upshur Avenue i Petworth, och en 10 minuters hytt bilresa till den populära U Street Corridor. Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av lätt det tillgång till bussar och tunnelbanan. Perfekt för par, solo äventyrare och affärsresenärer. Det sover tre bekvämt med en dubbelsäng och två futon bäddsoffa. Trädkantade området är tyst. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser om du kör bil på din resa.

Washington DC base for exploring

We used the guesthouse as our base to explore DC. We walked to Fort Totten metro train station, about a 15 minute walk, and it was ideal. We used the stove to cook at night and big fridge was great.

Although a good experience. The host was a bit strict on wanting the window AC being turned off when not at the VRBO. Which was fine, but took a while to cool down when got back to the place.

Great base for exploring DC

I enjoyed staying here. It was the right size and convenient to both the bus and Metro for going downtown to see the sights. The kitchen had tea and snacks, which were a godsend until I could get to a store. The unit was a bit warm at times

Perfect getaway

Perfect place for a quick getaway to enjoy all that DC has to offer. Directions were clear and place fit the 2 of us. We were so exhausted from our adventures the noise from above did not bother us - similar to living in an apartment and hearing footsteps and chairs

Wonderful Vacation

Everything was great!! grocery store walking distance, Metro & bus very close to walk to. Apartment is great clean and very quiet, Had a great time will definitely come back to stay again.

Glad I found a place to stay

Initially I believed it was a cozy apartment. I was greeted by rodent droppings. On the stove and table in the kitchen. The kitchen sink backed up Saturday morning and the host replied to my message that she would try to get a technician out tomorrow before check out but no one showed And then I noticed that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I got there. It is in walking distance to the metro though.

Second time and it feels like home

My wife and I went to see a concert and decided to stay here again. We went earlier this year and aaa thoroughly happy with our stay. When we came in we were greeted with a sense of familiarity and comfort that comes from a place that makes you feel at home. Thank you again for letting us stay and we hope to do it again in the future

Nicely priced and very convenient - would stay here again

Convenient location (.5 mi. from Metro Station). Nice neighborhood. Well-equipped with a comfortable bed. Easy on-street parking. Terri was very responsive with any questions.

This apartment is very comfortable and a good value for the price. If you like to cook, the gas stove is a real plus. Fort Totten Metro Station (Red & Green lines) was an easy 12-minute walk. If you're driving, street parking was readily available in front of the apartment every day I was there. Finally, the owner provided clear instructions and even stocked the apartment with some drinks, snacks, and good coffee!

Great DC option

This was cute little place north of the city. The basement apartment had everything we needed (and more) and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy parking on the street right in front of the apartment. The Metro was pretty much a straight 3/4 mile walk from the apartment and very convenient to use. We never touched our car the whole week.
