SUMMARY
Welcome to our bright and beachy home located in the heart of Mission Beach just steps from the sand. This convenient unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and is one of the biggest 1 bedrooms in all the beach area. Features include 1 loft bedroom + 2 full bathrooms, 4 outdoor patios, large garage parking for 1 vehicle, mounted SMART TVs with Hulu, vinyl wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, A/C, & washer/dryer. Maximum occupancy 4 (2 adults max). Note: no BBQ onsite.
INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
This newly built home features high end finishes and is just steps to the sand on Mission Beach! To enter the home, guests take the external stairs up to the front door. Upon entry, guests see the living room with new black leather sleeper sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen is to the right and features stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The dining table can seat up to 6 people comfortably. There are 2 patios on this level, one on each side of the home. There is also a rare full bathroom with an enclosed shower. Rounding out the main living area is your very own stackable washer/dryer.
Go up the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom which features a plush King size bed and ensuite bathroom with tiled shower. There is also a desk in case you need to get some work done from home. Rounding out this space are 2 additional patios, perfect for catching the ocean breeze!

Additional parking includes overnight street parking on Mission Blvd on a first come first serve basis (watch out for street sweeping signs).

âą Water Activities! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.
âą Attractions! Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5 minute bike ride away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5 minute drive, and world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15 minutes from our beach home.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
âą GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
âą OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
âą NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
âą COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
âą RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.
