Beautiful Beach Bungalow

Beautiful property and in mint condition! Loved that it had parking. Definitely easy access to the bay and the ocean. If we ever make it back to the area, we'd love to stay here again.

Great Property

Communication with the property owner was fantastic throughout Property is very close to Mission Bay and Mission Beach. 5 minute walk. Various restaurants within walking distance as well. Property was very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. Had a great time!

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and down the sidewalk to the bay. Lots of good restaurants and easy Uber access in this area! Visited the USS Midway ship and learned a lot ! Didn’t enjoy much about the Gaslamp district. Mission beach definitely our favorite and the Bocelli comcert at Pechanga arena was incredible !

Lovely San Diego

Our host was the best host ever! She was attenative, helpful and completely transparent with the process of renting her charming house. The house was in walking distance to the grocery store, various restaurants and of course, the beach. We would highly recommend staying here for your time in San Diego.

Very Comfortable Beach Home

I highly recommend staying in Marcy's Mission Beach vacation home. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio in the mornings and used the grill one night as well. The house is conveniently located within walking distance from both the Bay and the Beach. Parking in Mission Beach is always a challenge so having the parking spots is an extra bonus. I agree with other reviews that the parking spots are tight but we were able to fit our large rental SUV into one of them.

Cute and comfortable

Great location, quiet, comfortable and clean. Owner asks for a lot of documents to be signed prior to stay so was a bit of a hassle but owner was available during stay in case of any questions. Coffee maker stopped working after first day.

Beautiful area.

1st time to San Diego for me and 3 girlfriends. Loved it. Stayed in mission beach. The long walks and great restaurants were perfect for bonding. Been friends 40 40 yrs and travel to a new city each yr. We did an historic tour of the entire city. The USS midway(incredible). A little Italy food tour. STUFFED! It is truly a beautiful land with lots to see and friendly laid back people.

Cozy, Clean & Great Location

This home was the perfect stay for our trip to the San Diego area. This is a great location 
 just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as many nearby restaurants. The home has a very nice living and dining space. Kitchen was supplied with everything you may be needing. Grocery stores are nearby so it was easy to get what we needed when we needed to make a quick breakfast or lunch or an a free excursion to nearby hiking areas. The house consisted of 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (1 king size bed and another room with a twin and queen size bed). Beds were very comfortable. Patio area is partially shaded and contained a table with umbrella and some additional chairs and grill. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evenings after coming back to the house after watching the evening sunsets. Parking spaces are tight but that is just how it is in that area. Host was wonderful. After booking she reached out and kept in contact and checked in with us prior to our arrival. Did have to reach out to host due to battery starting to fail on door lock and Marcy was quick to assist. Will define rebook next time we visit!

Clean and comfy, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances, easy to get to the beach and the bay. Marcy, the owner, is great to respond to questions or concerns. Our only issue was noise from Mission Blvd. The side of the house is right next to the street.

The condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Beds and pillows were all comfy and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had rented a full sized sedan which barely fit in our appointed parking spot, especially when an SUV parked across the alley from our parking stall. I think this drawback is important to know before booking this condo. A full sized SUV would never have fit, and street parking is almost always full.

Great Stay in Mission Beach!

We just wrapped up our second stay at this property, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach and close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. The house itself is well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The owner is very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciate. Parking is tight (our mid-sized SUV used every inch of the spot!), but that’s pretty typical for the area. The master bed was a bit firm for my achey back, and the cooking pans could use an upgrade, but those were minor things that didn’t take away from a great experience overall.We would happily stay here again — and already have! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a beach getaway in San Diego.

Just perfect

We loved the house. Everything was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat. Parking was a process, but I was very careful, took it slow, and had no problems.

Lovely cozy cottage in Mission Beach

We enjoyed our 2 week vacation here and enjoyed every minute. Plenty of great places to visit and the beach is just a block away. Love it so much!

Communication with Marcy was excellent! We had 2 minor issues that were addressed immediately.Condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice and comfortable. If you want to walk along the beach or bay areas you're right there.We enjoyed visiting the fabulous zoo and a few of the museums at Balboa Park along with Seaport Village and Birch aquarium. Heads up--1/2 of the aquarium is closed for renovations. Great San Diego stay!
