There are so many great things about this property for my family of 16. The back patio looking out to the waterway was my favorite at all times of the day, and there was plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate our large group. This property is well furnished and had more king size beds than most properties I considered. The location was perfect…an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the grocery store, and a 20 minute walk to restaurants. There were only two downsides to this property…the lack of A/C and additional parking was not easy to find. The owner provided many fans, but it was unusually hot for late September and the airflow in the bedrooms was not great. Other than that, everything was really good. The management team was very timely with their responses to any inquiries or requests and check in and check out were super easy.

The convenient location and well-furnished setup are definitely guest favorites, and it’s nice to know the king beds added extra comfort to your stay. The home includes two garage spaces for small to mid-size vehicles, and we’re sorry additional street parking was not easier to find.
