Fantastisk och mycket uppgraderad pool hem perfekt för 3-4 familjer.

Sex sovrum hem med fyra badrum. Tre Cal-king master sovrum, en drottning och två barnrum båda med fulla över fulla våningssängar. En Cal-king mästare och ett barnrum på bottenvåningen med en gemensam hall badrum. En drottning och andra barns sovrum delar övervåningen hall bad. Två övervåningen Cal-king mästare har sviter.

Badrummen är uppgraderade med travertingolv, bänkskivor i granit och anpassade vita antikviteter och körsbärstrålkastare. Höguppgraderade skräddarsydda duschar med travertin / marmor anpassade inlägg och mönster.

Delvis öppet koncept kök, vardagsrum och matplats. Skrapat laminat trägolv hela nedervåningen och uppgraderad matta över hela övervåningen.

Uppgraderat kök med anpassat panelskåp, granitbänkskivor med full travertinbacksplash och rostfria vitvaror (spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, frys och diskmaskin).

Garaget är komplett med pool, air hockey och bordtennisbord. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare och barnvagnar för gästanvändning.

Alla rum har 43 "LCD-TV med kabel-tv. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har höghastighets trådlöst internet och gratis USA-Nationwide, Kanada och Puerto Rico, telefonservice. Hemmet har central luft och värme

Bakgård har en vacker markpool och jacuzzi med barnsäkerhet staket utomhus. Flagstone uteplats med lock. Uteplats och extra stolar. Naturgasbbq grill ligger utanför köket.

Alla möbler, inredning nya från mars 2013. 3/4 mil promenad till Disney spårvagn på Magic sätt. Titta på Disney fyrverkerier från baksidan / bakgården.

Effektivt 1 januari 2017 har staden minskat beläggningen i alla bostäder. Detta hus sover 15 i sängar och har en maximal uppgift är 15 vid vilken tidpunkt som helst.

Great location

Our family of 10 (grandparents, 4 adults, 1 teenager, three youngsters ages 8 & 9) comfortably fit in this well/located property. We loved that it was close to Disneyland, restaurants and stores. The house is old and creaky, but updates made it a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful House

Lots of space for all 9 of us. We especially enjoyed the spacious gathering areas. Great neighborhood and walkable to Disneyland.

Great multi family house

We really enjoyed this home during our Disneyland trip. Plenty of room for all. The hot tub was especially nice at tue end of each day. We would stay here again.

Great, Spacious, Clean!

Very clean and spacious! Great place for multiple families. Backyard was beautiful. We liked that the pool was gated and secure, so the kids could not enter without an adult. Big living room and dinning area. Very close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was older looking than I expected. Some things inside the home had minor damage. Location was very nice, very quiet neighborhood. Very roomy, great for our 3 families. Kids enjoyed pool. Would probably rent again, even though it was a bit pricey.

Perfect multi-family stay near Disneyland

Great house with lots of room to kick back. Updated, very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Super large capacity washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Even better than the photos. Super nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

The house was very spacious. Beautiful rooms. Our family stayed there for my daughter's wedding on Aliso Viejo. The house had plenty of space for the makeup & hairstylist to get our Family ready I wish we had more days to enjoy the pool and house Thank you.

House Amazing.City Laws Brutal

The house is absolutely perfect. Great pool hottub and tayout for a family group. Warning, if you havent VRBO in Anaheim the rental laws are ridiculous. No noise outside ever. Cant be outside or in Garage from 10pm-9am. Massive restrictions on people who can even stop bye the house and extreme restrictions on parking. Again, if you ate comfortbale with the rules the house is amazing and would recommend to tent. However, Amaheim city lays are very draconian.

Overall the stay was good and what we needed for available space. Home was a little older than i expected, with some noises that were annoying, but oh well. The toilet in one of the bathrooms did not work, which was not convenient for one of my guests and was not addressed after i sent a message about it. Not sure i would stay there again, but it met our basic requirements.

Boarding School Vibe

We enjoyed the house. It was large and had a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't enjoyable because of the many rules and regulations we had to follow to stay at this location. The owner was very heavy handed by contacting us at 2am to move a trailer we didn't realize that we couldn't park in the garage. There are cameras everywhere and the alarm sounds every time we open the outside door. When you rent a place for $2,300 for three days you don't want it to feel like a boarding school. I wouldn't recommend this location to friends or family.

It's close to Disneyland....

The good: Location is great - very close to Disneyland which was our travel objective. Close to grocery stores. House is large. Pool is heated (for an additional fee). The strollers for guest use came in handy. Nice to have gas cooktop. Nice to have several large garbage bins. Outdoor area is nice. The not so good: The house is not updated. Stairs are chipped and in poor condition. The stair rail is not safe - large spacing between ballisters is not safe for small children. The bathroom downstairs is really small - can't call that a master. The kitchen utensils (knives specifically) could use updating. Overall okay. Sometimes a long delay in getting a response to questions but it was a holiday weekend. Fair price for large amount of guests.

Disneyland vacation with family

The house was large and very comfortable. Some of the beds were not that comfortable. Need new mattresses, especially upstairs. There were cracks in the ceiling in the dining area and scuffs and marks on the walls. The dishwasher and refridgerator leaked but I called the management and they were extremely quick about coming out and replacing the dishwasher. I loved the dining area, very large and spacious and was great for large families. The pool was amazing and heated as we wished. We all loved swimming. The kids loved the game room in the garage. It was very close to Disneyland. Overall it was a wonderful vacation, just needs a little updating. Thank you

“Sensational” is a stretch at best. The place serves the purpose but at a very high price point Pros: Location! location! location! Neighbors are really nice too Cons: - Squeaky floors and not-so-comfy mattresses made it hard for 3 families to coexist. - the place could have been cleaner, we found few spider webs in the house and you can’t ignore the misty smell when you first walk in. - We woke up to a person and their dog in the backyard at 3:30 AM. It was scary as you can imagine as the backyard was supposed to be gated and closed. We had to call Anaheim PD and they were super nice removing them, the person turned out to be homeless and wondered into the backyard by accident and they didn’t know how to go out. Mgmt company couldn’t care less about how this person had access and how to prevent this from happening again. I asked they notify the owner and there were no follow ups. That was not a pleasant experience. For a hefty price you’d expect a much better experience overall.

Huset var inte städat ordentligt när vi kom. Det var hårstrån i duschen på nedre botten. Besticken var slarvdiskade så det fick vi fixa. Poolen var inte rengjord ordentligt. Löv kan man förstå att det flyter men hårband och annat skräp på botten? Soptunnorna var otömda så när vi satte ut dom på gatan ramlade det ut massor av maggot som började ta sig in i huset så vi fick tejpa dörröppningen för att slippa dom. Efter påringning kom det ett par man och fixade det. Ett par dagar senare så hittade vi en levande maggot i soffan. Detta hus känns inte alls värt pengarna

The manager was awesome when we told her about a few problems and they were very attendant to get them taken care of. They were also great with letting us extend our stay for an hour and a half there was a fee, but we felt like it was good for our family to have an easier morning to check out

A great stay!

We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with a trip to Disneyland. We had family members from ages 2 to 76. The house was very kid friendly with pool safety. We didn't see any kid toys in the house, but there were pool toys, strollers, a highchair, and a booster seat. There was an alarm on the door going out to the backyard which had to disarmed everytime someone went out or came back in. It was unsettling everytime the alarm went off, but we eventually got the hang of it. When we couldn't figure out the alarm, we were able to quickly reach the property management to help us. We enjoyed the game room and having lots of bathrooms. The living areas were spacious & large and all 14 of us were able to eat together. The neighborhood was nice & felt safe, also a short drive or about 30 min walk to Disneyland. We were happy with our choice and we had a really great time together!

Great family reunion home!

We really loved staying at this house! Fun to have the pool nice, big kitchen, lots of place for the family to gather in the dining room and close to Disneyland!
