Excellent property.

Great location to access main part of town. Modern property will all necessary items for cooking in full kitchen. Easy communication with onsite manager. Highly recommend.

Great decision to stay here

Fantastic place to stay. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to the Main Street to eat/shop. Our flat was VERY clean. Plenty of hot water. Host was very responsive. Can’t go wrong if you stay here.

Perfect place to stay in Moab

Highly recommend this property! It's location is perfect...walkable to tons of restaurants and the rest of town. The units are situated so that there is plenty of privacy. Onsite parking, off street and close to unit. They are well-outfitted and beautiful. Comfortable bed! Finally, the hosts were outstanding!! Friendly and helpful, with plenty of good advice regarding hikes, sightseeing and restaurants. Even provided us with headlamps when the power went out in southeastern Utah for an evening!

Comfortable, current, clean, cute

It's a very comfortable one bedroom even though it's tinysmall the space works very well and had everything that we needed. the owners were very friendly and but we're not intrusive.I felt very comfortable having them on the property. I felt like anything we need we can easily reach them as they live on the property.the property is very attractive the indoor space is very attractive and clean and updated. we had a very nice pati. it was a lovely locatio. the landscaping was beautiful. it was a lovely location and it was truly about a 5 minute walk. I would absolutely go there agai. It would be my first choice in Moab. There were no suprises. It was better than even the photos!

Moab Adventure

Westside Flats is in an excellent location, was the perfect size with the amenities we needed to get ready for our days in the area parks, etc. Mike and Ellyn were excellent hosts and made the stay even more pleasant. We would stay here again!

Perfect spot, hope to return

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at west side flats. The property location-within walking distance of the mainstreet; peacefully quiet- far enough from mainstreet to not hear the traffic or noise; the space-impecably kept, all we needed and more (laundry detergent too), friendly accessible owners- interactive, available, and gracious, while respecting our privacy. A perfect spot, I hope to return to. Thank you!

Best in Moab

There’s not much I can add to the other glowing reviews. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations, attractively decorated and landscaped, and everything we needed. It’s especially nice and to have access to a washer and dryer when we’re on an extended trip. Thanks for a great stay!

Stylish apartment

Top Choice for Downtown Moab

Comfortable, well-appointed unit within walking distance of most everything of interest on Main Street. Ellyn is a gracious and attentive host, and the fact that she lives on site is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Perfect base camp to explore Moab, Arches NP and Canyonlands NP.

Clean, well-designed, fully stocked, and Ellyn was a most excellent host. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, and a great roof deck to take in the sunset.

Perfect location, nicely equipped, clean and very comfortable

Within walking distance to many restaurants, beautiful grounds, well equipped kitchen and access to barbecue, laundry room and bike room. Nice rooftop deck to watch the sunsets! Friendly and accomodating managers. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean and well appointed.

4 Days was not enough, left wanting to stay longer

Modern 1 bed apartment situated only 5 minutes walk from the town centre with its own car parking and garden patio. The apartment is provided with everything you need including (Brits take note) a kettle ! The owners, Michael and Ellyn, were very friendly and a great source of information on things to do locally. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Moab Homebase

Very convenient location. You can walk to all restaurants and shops in town. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice kitchen if you want to cook. Owners are nice and knowledgeable on the area. I would stay here again.
