On the first level, you'll find ample parking space for up to 4 cars, as well as boat parking. After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off the sand at the convenient outdoor shower.
The second level features 4 spacious bedrooms, including two with private bathrooms, offering both privacy and comfort for everyone.
At the top level, enjoy luxurious furnishings in the great room, ideal for relaxation and family gatherings. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, while the large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of space for meals. Step out onto the balcony to soak in breathtaking Gulf views, or fire up the grill for a delicious outdoor meal while relaxing on the cozy seating.
The fifth bedroom is also located on the top floor, providing additional space for family or guests. The home is fully equipped with an elevator and stairs for easy access between floors.
