Updated studio minutes from the Quicksilver lift and Main Street! Full kitchen perfect for meals at home and the covered balcony is ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Large closet to store your luggage and in-unit laundry makes longer stays easy. Columbine pool / hot tubs are steps away. Sleeps 4 w/ a comfortable pillow top mattress and pullout sofa with memory foam mattress. This studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The space is about 460 square feet of modern comfort. It comes with one free parking spot and you can walk most anywhere in Breckenridge right from the front door, including the Quicksilver ski lift. The pool and hot tubs are right across the parking lot but may be closed in the spring and fall for scheduled maintenance.
The property is across a short walk from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the base of Peak 9. While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.
To Ski In/Out: The closest lift is the Quicksilver Lift, located a short walk from the condo building. At the end of the day, ski back down to the bottom of the Quicksilver Lift and walk back or grab a quick bite or apres drink at one of the bars or restaurants located in The Village or Main Street Station.
Other things to note:

PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is no air conditioning (most places don't have it in our area!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
