Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our property management team and for recognizing our efforts to assist you. We are incredibly sorry that your stay was impacted by an unpredictable neighbor violating the complex's strict non-smoking policy, as well as the sudden toilet issue. Our team immediately addresses these rare policy violations with building security the moment they are reported to ensure our guests' comfort. We appreciate your patience with these unexpected situations, and we look forward to providing you with a seamless experience on your next visit to Breckenridge.
