Communication was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower curtain is too tight and sticks to your body. I curved curtain rod would greatly improve the shower experience. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star was the musty smell. We tried everything to clear it up. Well stocked kitchen. Home Is nice place to relax.

Amazing house. Lots of space and extremely comfortable for my kids, husband and family. Beautiful area, very quiet and peaceful. Owner has great communication and accommodated early check-in for us. The house had everything, there was no need to get anything other than groceries. I'd highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The place exceeded all expectations! Great layout, extensive kitchenware, BBQ, hot tub, there wasn’t any more we could ask for. Rob was very communicative and the check in and check out process was smooth.

Is a lovely home with all of the amenities we needed
a little “musty” smell about it upon entering. There was a 6 hour power outage on our last night and we really had to “dig around” for some kind of light. Found some almost spent tea light candles in a few containers in the china cabinet
..a suggestion for further outages
have some kind of emergency back up light
.perhaps not candles for obvious safety reasons
.but maybe some large beam flashlights? In strategic places? We enjoyed our stay 
we were surprised at the steepness of the driveway and our driver was a bit “nervous” upon ascending and descending. A lovely family home though. Thanks
hope our input is beneficial .

Beautiful home in beautiful area

If you don't mind driving for day trips this home is so cozy and beautifully secluded it will make your vacation extra special. Our dog stayed with us, too and we had no issues whatsoever. Very clean, great communication, luxurious hottub and barbeque!

A little retreat

The location is in a beautiful area. It was a unique and cozy home to enjoy a long weekend in and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The kitchen had anything one might need including a blender and there was plenty of seating available for all of us. We would definitely come back here again.

Awesome

The house was quite large and very comfortable. It has excellent kitchen supplies beyond what you'd imagine so we were able to prepare a lovely Easter dinner withh all the trimmings with no lack of tools or dishes. The view from the deck and hot tub is beautiful. There are plenty of towels and paper supplies. Just a wonderful.spot to have a great vacation.

We had a great stay! Close to the ocean and great view from the deck! Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best so having the wood fireplace and the hot tub was definitely a bonus.

The Cabin has everything.

A beautiful property that truly has everything you need for a great stay. Big kitchen, large outdoor area, great bedrooms, and relative seclusion with amenities close by. We had a 2 day fishing charter; the cabin is so close to the marina and a lovely place to stay after being on the ocean for 8 hours.

Fabulous weekend!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Beautiful views, spacious and well designed home. We enjoyed wonderful hikes and beautiful post hike meals with a view off the deck! The nook around the fireplace was perfect for reading/ knitting/ chatting/ and studying for those at University! Highly recommend this cottage.

Women's Reading Break Getaway

3 friends who like to spend a few days away every year with books to read and food to share. We enjoyed companionable quiet, loads of laughter, soothing soaks and a movie!We were glad we arrived in daylight because we were not prepared for the steepness of the driveway. It is very steep and has a switchback.The home was very clean but unfortunately there was a musty odour throughout. We opened some doors and windows upon our arrival which helped.The hot tub was incredbly clean and we enjoyed it a lot!Overall this is a good value stay.

Great vacation home

We had four adults stay at this property and we all agreed it was an excellent home. The home has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Secluded, quiet beautiful view, the hot tub was great to use after long days of hiking the amazing trails close by. Would definitely recommend Andover cottage for anyone staying on the island.
