We live in Omaha but originally from Kansas City. We own several properties in Kansas City, but this is our first Florida property. Our youngest moved to Tampa and of course I had to get a property so I can visit her. I hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven. We bought a condo at this location because of its size and cozy feeling. We fell in love with the balcony sunsets, and the pool is amazing!
When we feel like dipping our toes in the gulf itâs an easy drive to Clearwater and St. Pete but weâre always happy to get back to the quiet of our condo!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We stayed here while visiting our daughter and fell in love with the place. The beach, the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Plus, weâre just minutes from the airport and across the bridges are Clearwater and St. Petersburg.
We immediately fell at home and relaxed when we stayed there and knew it was where we wanted to be when we visit her.

We tried to make the condo cozy so that our guests can feel at home while they stay here. The complex is small enough that you arenât fighting for chairs at the pool and everyone is so friendly. The food and drinks at the cabana restaurant are amazing and the best service all around! They treat you like family while youâre there.
