The location is great and walkable to multiple restaurants and even a longer walk to the grocery store. Easy beach and bay access. Only issue was the garage only fits one big car/SUV so if multiple cars, you'll want to have a smaller car like an SUV.

Great place

This house turned out better than I anticipated. It was clean, spacious and well accommodated with everything you would possibly need on a trip to the beach. My favorite part was the rooftop deck. You can see the bay unobstructed and you can hear the ocean waves too. We loved the lights at night. We had the best time and hope to rent it again soon.

“Our family had an amazing time at this vacation house. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Everything was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. We loved being close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend this place!”

Sleeps as many as it stated. Liked the 3 levels. Seemed safe. View was okay. Stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. Great grill.

GREAT LOCATION!!!

What an amazing home had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds are very comfortable, located between the bay and ocean perfect location on mission beach, few steps to the bay and a few steps to the ocean. The layout is perfect for large group or a couple families with children or anyone looking for a great location. But the best part is the amazing views from the rooftop deck, we were able to watch fireworks from sea world a couple of nights. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Mission Bay Family Retreat

We stayed in this wonderful house with our three adult children and their significant others. Each had their own room and space. There were many balconies to hang out on and the rooftop patio was perfect for the whole family to gather and watch fireworks every night. Location was great. Walked to everything and never moved our car. Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely loved our stay! This house was perfect for our large family vacation and comfortably accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded. The layout gave us plenty of space to gather together while still allowing everyone to have their own space to relax. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and all of the little details made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better. Being so close to Mission Bay and the beach made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still having a quiet, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and everything about the stay was seamless. We made some incredible family memories here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We highly recommend this home to anyone, especially larger groups looking for a beautiful, comfortable place in an amazing location!

The home is very nicely decorated, clean, has comfortable beds, and probably the best-equipped kitchen for a vacation home I've ever experienced. The only down-side is that the AC is inadequate on the top floor where the kitchen, dining and living room are. We were in San Diego during a heat wave and that top floor was hot. We gave up on the AC and just opened all the windows to get the breeze.

Sharon, thank you for your review! We're so sad to hear of any AC issues here. Our home has central air conditioning throughout, so there shouldn't have been any issues with the air on the top floor. We would have happily sent a team member by to take a look during your stay but we will certainly confirm the central air is working as it should. Best place to stay on Mission Beach!!

This house is your perfect beach getaway! It is located right between Mission bay and Mission beach with walking distance to both. The house accommodates space for small to large groups with a lot of space in the kitchen and family room to hangout! They even have a rooftop deck that you can go lay out during the day, and watch fireworks from Sea World at night! There is also plenty of beach chairs, paddle boards, and beach toys. If you're looking for a house that is in a great location, well taken care of, and lots of space this is it! We will for sure be back!

Dream vacation house with the best view

This home far exceeded my expectations! The home had everything you could want for your vacation needs plus more. It is clean, spacious and my idea of a dream beach home! The views are spectacular. The house has 3 different decks with views of the bay as well as the best rooftop deck I've ever seen. That's where the party is my friends!! The house is just feet from the sand at Mission bay and maybe 60 yards from the sand at the beach and boardwalk. Plus you are within walking distance of everything Pacific Beach has to offer all the restaurants, food, bars and the grocery store is also less than a five minute walk. This house is set up for the perfect vacation. We had a blast and we will be back!!

Our family vacation at this home was fantastic. The layout and decor were very tasteful and comfortable and everything was impeccably fresh and clean. Parking was convenient with an attached two-car garage. The 7 of us had plenty of space to gather and also to relax in our own quarters and on the extra decks. The kitchen was equipped with all the amenities, and the BBQ located right outside the kitchen door was super convenient. We were conveniently located just steps away from Mission Bay and a short walk to the ocean. Our family loved watching the SeaWorld drone light show from the upper level deck each evening. Communications with the host were perfect - we got instant feedback every time. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon!

We had two families, a family of four with two kids aged 8 and 11 and a family of six with kids age 6, 7, 11 and 15. this layout was perfect for us, we really appreciated the number of bathrooms. The way the house was situated, there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and yet all of us to enjoy time together the listing photos were super accurate. The location was perfect for access to the bay or Mission Beach. The only thing I would say that wasn’t super clear from the listing was the size of the garage, one Family was driving a minivan and the other family was driving a Jeep grand Cherokee and we couldn’t close the garage door with both cars in the garage due to the length of the vehicles. It didn’t end up being a big issue, but just thought I’d put it in the review.
