We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The patio space on every floor is a major plus as well! Great listing that is worth the price!

House was great just as listed! location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. LOVED being so close to boardwalk and beach with lots do do! Parking was spacious (Highlander and Tacoma fit easily). Kitchen well equipped, lots of seating, beds comfortable, LOVED the outdoor spaces. The rooftop was amazing for ocean view for morning coffee and evening cocktails! I cannot say enough about how great Aaron and his team were. We had some minor issues with a TV & washing machine. There was also a heat wave and no AC, so we asked about possibility of getting some fans. Aaron's team was out with in a couple of hours addresed all concerns AND brought us new fans! Only critiques: could use newer towels, umbrella/shade option for top deck and AC would be great addition for summer months.Loved the house. Would stay again 100% (Aaron, let us know if you get some AC and we'll see you again next summer for a month!)

We had a good stay. The host was great about communicating with us throughout. The property was in a great location to the beach and nearby restaurants. Cleanliness was to expectation and no issues to note. Would stay there again for sure!

The rental was very comfortable. The location was great. Could walk to restaurants and shops. The beach was very close. We had a great stay. I found the Guest Portal for check-in and rental information cumbersome. I couldn’t find how to access it in the App without going to the original message email each time. Also, the floors had not been swept or washed. They were gritty and dirty as if the cleaners had forgotten to clean them. All in all we had a great time.

Great location and great house for all ages. The kids looooved the hidden closets in the hallways. Great spaces for relaxing and being together, or getting away from everyone.

Great place for our family

Location was perfect, and there was enough room for all of us (parents & 4 grown kids) to spread out and relax. The upstairs patio was especially delightful. Hope to come return.
