Sällsynt stuga med två sovrum i The Village på Potter Pond fullt utrustad med apparater och Wi-Fi.

1/2 kilometer från East Matunuck State Beach ligger denna by i centrum av allt. Ta ett dopp, kajak, paddlavla eller till och med quahog i Salt Pond som ligger bara några steg från din ytterdörr. Ta middag direkt tvärs över gatan på Captain Jacks eller Matunuck Oyster Bar. Ställ upp dina stolar, koppla av med vänner / familj och eld upp grillen. Wi Fi ingår och du kommer att ha tillgång till dina netflix-, amazon-, hulu-etc.-konton. HBO go ingår kompletterande liksom YouTube-tv med över 80 kanaler. Enheten har AC och Heat!

Du har snabb och enkel tillgång till alla attraktioner i Rhode Island inklusive Point Judith, Galilee, Narragansett, tio minuters resa till Block Island Ferry, etc.

Great long weekend

Girls get away

Nice little cottage. Could use a few more supplies as toilet paper and soap.no top sheet on bed , just a bedspread. Also room for 4 people but not enough towels for 4. All and all cute place and wonderful hosts.

Very nice little cottage and had supplies that accommodated our stay. Frig could have been cleaner, I threw out sugar that had ants, and the pull out couch had stains when pulled out. we were not wanting to sleep on. Overall the rest was pretty clean and we had a nice time.

Great family spot!

We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Location is close to everything, beach is walkable or a super quick drive away. The cottage is small, but very clean and in a beautiful location. Would absolutely recommend!

Pictures don't do this property justice

We had a really great stay. This property is much cleaner and cuter than the pictures really indicate. Great little place in an amazing location if you're dining at the Mattunick Oyster Bar or spending time on the local beach.

Great location-super nice waterfront community

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cottage was very clean and well stocked with all you could need. When you first walk in you can see the pride the owners take in providing a top notch rental in all aspects. Very short walk to beautiful east matunuck beach. Thank you Greg and Christina a very memorable grandson 3rd birthday and Father’s Day weekend.

Nice cottage near the beach

Nicely updated cottage. Tight on storage, very little closet space so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. Walking distance to the beach, and access to the pond is great. Very satisfied with the overall value and we will ent this property again.

Cute Little Green House

My husband and I stayed at this rental property for 3 days during our recent visit to the area in May for our daughter's college graduation from URI. Great location for our needs, plus across the street from the property is one of our favorite restaurants' we like to stop at when we are in Rhode Island, the Matunuck Oyster Bar. The house was clean and modern and we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location

Overall a great stay. Very clean and walking distance to East Matunuck State Beach (bring your wonder wheeler). It is a really small space without anywhere to store clothing/luggage. I would add folding luggage racks. The other thing that would have been helpful is a mirror outside of the bathroom. With 3-4 people and one bathroom, that would have helped. Overall, a positive experience and vacation!
