3bdr stuga finns att hyra varje vecka juni-aug. Det ligger i hjärtat av Matunuck, South Kingstown, RI.
Stugan är färdigbyggd remolded kakel hela, nya köksskåp, granit bänkskiva och är helt möblerad.

Det är gångavstånd till South Kingstown Town Beach - Beach pass ingår för SK stadsstrand, East Matunuck Beach, Theatre By The Sea, lokal mataffär, snickare med färsk frukt och grönsaker, Ocean Mist, puben, Matunuck Pizza, St Romuald kyrka , djupa hålfiske och surfing och vår lokala glassstativ. Lågsäsong månatliga / veckopriser finns också. Skulle överväga helguthyrning i maj.

Fantastic beach get-away

Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.

Walk distance to Center of activity

Week of perfect weather. Two min drive to East Matunuk Beach and had Beach Pass. Short walk to Ocean mist and the Pub. Owner lives close if need anything which we didn’t.

Visit to RI

Always enjoy our stay in RI at this cute cottage by the beach. Especially appreciate having 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Super clean and comfortable!

Late summer get away

Cute summer beach cottage in a very friendly neighborhood. All restaurants, bars and beach are a short walk from the cottage. The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Great cottage

Great weekend getaway. Bob's cottage has all you need, was able to get on the wifi and take a work meeting quickly after checking in. Clean, great backyard, and quick walk down to the beach. Bob is extremely accommodating and a great host! Hope to be back soon

Great little cottage in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this cute, clean little 3 bedroom cottage. It's on a quiet side street a few minutes' walk from South Kingston beach. Beds were comfortable, and the countertop eating area was plenty for the two of us. For a larger group, there's a picnic table in the back yard and a table for four on the front porch. There are showers both indoors and outside--we didn't try the outdoor shower, but it looked great! The Pub, just down the street, had good food and plenty of seating. Bob and his wife are great hosts and said Hi while we were there. Definitely recommended!

This cottage is all as described. I liked the outdoor shower, so convenient! I enjoyed the birds singing! I enjoyed hearing the surf! Wonderful place, wonderful stay and wonderful owners! Hope there is more in 24!!

Great get away!

Bob and Maria were fantastic hosts, the weather was perfect the beach was great. Sadly my recommendation may make their spot a little harder to rent again in the future but oh well, they deserve it.

Parents Weekend URI

We had a great weekend despite the weather for parents weekend at URI. The property owner was very responsive and even sent me a message that we could check in earlier than expected. That was a nice surprise! It’s a great property for a weekend getaway in a perfect location. Loved having a restaurant right across the street. I would stay again with one of the reasons being the owner was so nice and accommodating! Go Rams!

A lovely beach getaway

A sweet cottage, down the street from a few different beach options. The beaches had so many cool rocks and big waves. Lots of surfers (I had no clue that so many people surfed in RI!). Cottage is as it seems in pics. Well stocked with quality and thoughtful kitchen needs. Bathroom ceiling is low, so if you're tall, watch your head. Outdoor shower is great!! A lovely outdoor patio in the backyard, with a grill & a picnic table with umbrella, to hang out and a roomy front porch with comfy seats and a table, in the front of the house. We loved our stay in this quaint beach cottage! Bob & Maria are wonderful hosts, so thoughtful. They checked in a few times to see if we needed anything. Beds are moderately comfortable and quality toilet paper, cuz really, those things matter!! I would absolutely stay again!

Lovely beach cottage

We had a lovely stay at Bob's beach cottage. The condo was clean and tidy with a well-appointed kitchen. It was nicely situated and within walking distance to South Kingstown beach and several restaurants. Bob greeted us as we arrived and was very friendly. Some things worth noting - the A/C consisted of a single window unit in the living room of the property so the bedrooms got quite hot at night. We ended up sleeping with the bedroom doors open to the living room in order to keep cool enough. Also, just an FY that there is no washer/dryer unit in the condo and we ended up doing a load of laundry at the laundromat mid-way through the week. A fresh set of towels halfway through the week would have been helpful! The outdoor shower is fantastic - we all enjoyed it and opted to shower outdoors over the indoor shower which was very small and not really comfortable for anyone over 5' tall. As others have noted, the beds are likely double or full and were not very comfortable. That said, the backyard and front porch were much appreciated, as was the simple, fresh decor throughout. We found it a bit tight for 2 (tall) adults and 2 kids for a week-long stay, but it would be a perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Great location, close to URI. Very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed making a homemade meal for my college student and seeing the sunset at the beach!

Great little cottage neat and clean all the amenities that you would need and some extras Bob provides coffee and tea even boardgames in the closet in case you have a rainy day very close proximity to the beach would highly recommend staying here we will be coming back jim c

Quiet Family Week

Host was helpful and provided great amenities to make a family beach week easier! Location can’t be beat! Proximity to the ocean and bars and restaurants while still being quiet and peaceful. Not as hectic as other beach communities- perfect!
