We are located in a sub-division with each house having approximately 2.5 acres bordering the National Forest. This is one of the very few areas in Sedona that allows horses. BEDROOM TWO:
The open loft serves as a cozy second sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed, offering a unique vantage point of the home's stunning architecture and surrounding views. Note this is an open loft area, there is not a door, if you are a light sensitive sleeper, this room may not be a good fit.

BATHROOM: The home includes 1.5 bathrooms—a full bathroom in the master suite and a convenient half bath for guests.

ZEN DEN | Meditation ; A dedicated space for yoga and meditation sits perched to maximize the breathtaking panoramic vistas, creating the perfect sanctuary for mindfulness practice with Sedona's famous red rocks as your backdrop. Yoga mats, crystals and all the vibes await.

This magical 2.4 acre site sides to National Forest w/ INFINITY POOL & 360 views. Stunning vistas of Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock, Sugarloaf, Bell Rock, and Courthouse Butte. Nestled at the end of a private road, our home offers an unparalleled retreat with complete seclusion and spectacular views.

The main home has a separate studio attached that sleeps 2 and is also available. Each has it's own private entry.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m

MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 4 people total. NOTE: There is one Master Bedroom and the 2nd bed is in an open loft.

THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-arrival form and rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and guest screening must be complete prior to receiving the code.

SECURITY DEPOSIT may be required depending on what platform you book.
