This direct oceanfront unit, featuring three bathrooms, is located on the 7th floor of Beach Colony Resort. It includes a full kitchen equipped with full-sized appliances and granite countertops. The upscale furnishings consist of flat-screen TVs, a washer/dryer combo, and a spacious private oceanfront balcony. Fabulous amenities include both indoor and outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, a large pool deck, an oceanfront pool, a kiddie splash area, and a play area. Beach Colony Resort is situated in the northern part of Myrtle Beach and is conveniently close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and all the area's attractions.
The stunning views from the living room, main bedroom, and balcony will leave you and your family in awe. This four-bedroom, three-bath suite offers incredible vistas from the 7th floor, providing an extremely relaxing retreat above the Atlantic Ocean. We can't wait for you to discover why we love this location. This suite features one Oceanfront King Bed, one Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom, 1 King Bed in 3rd Bedroom and 2 Full Beds in the 4th bedroom. This condo accommodates up to ten guests.
Enjoy a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues are just a quick drive away.
Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort, including both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river rides, a spacious pool deck with social areas, an oceanfront pool, and a waterfall. The North Outdoor Pool is also temporarily closed. Once both the indoor pool and North Pool reopen, the South Pool Deck will undergo maintenance and will be closed during that time.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
