Last summer hrrah

Convenient location, super clean, lots of towels (always a plus), beautiful deck! Only problem we had was the lock on the door was tricky at check-in.

Very comfy condo at the Cove at Indian Point

Very clean, bright and well appointed condo in a great location in Branson. You can see the coasters at Silver Dollar City from the parking lot. The condo A/C works a little too well! The condo is right across the parking lot from the only (small) swimming pool at this resort, and its nice to be able to walk out front to see if its jammed packed with people or not before deciding to go to the pool. The condo is close enough to the lake to hear people partying in the cove, but you can't see the water because the trees are so thick in the summer. There is a lovely trail directly behind the condo and a variety of trails that lead to the waters edge. There were even a couple of feral forrest kittens we fed while there. The deck at this condo is big and its nice and open. The only downside is the deck furniture cushions have taken a beating as they are in the elements 24/7. It rained the day we arrived and therefore we could not sit on the deck furniture for the next two days while the cushions dried out. Overall, this condo was very comfy, the beds and bedding were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

This property was very clean and comfortable. The AC works great and the hygienic amenities offered were a nice touch. Loved how close to the pool the unit was.There were a couple of minor things that could be improved: a better coffee pot ( the full size coffee maker took two hours to brew 12 cups), and the Nintendo Wii available in the unit did not work.The only two big disappointments about this unit was that you cannot see the lake from the deck in the summertime. We could hear boaters partying in the cove, but the forest is thick and no water is visible. The other is that the deck cushions are not protected from the elements at all. We arrived during a rainstorm and couldn’t sit on the deck furniture cushions for the next two days. These should be stored in an accessible area and retrieved when the renter wants them. The big disappointment about the resort: The resort has one small pool for too many units. 15 people and the pool was full. We also could never use the hot tub because it was either always full of people or dirty. Overall, this unit was very comfortable, clean, bright, and well appointed with items needed to stay a week. It is in a fantastic location in Branson, and every night we were treated to a fireworks show visible from Silver Dollar City. The property manager, Vacasa, was easy to work with and helpful when the unit keypad was misbehaving. A Vacasa representative helped me until I was able to get in to the unit.
