Cozy 3-bedroom house in Green Bay. Near Lambeau Field and Broadway District.
We are excited to offer our recently renovated 1890s home. The home consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a tub), living area and kitchen. We've spent the last 2 1/12 years rehabbing the interior of the home. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are new. The beds and most furniture are new. The home has 2 queen size beds, a futon, and two blowup mattresses (twin and queen). There is also a comfortable sofa and love seat in the living room. We do allow dogs. There is off street parking for three cars. The bus routine is about three short blocks. We have a large yard and it’s steps to a park with a splash pad and tennis courts.
The home does have steps leading to the front porch, (The porch-is safe but needs TLC. We are waiting for warm weather to paint it.), and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The shower on the first floor is handicapped accessible.
The home is 3.8 miles from Lambeau Field. It is also less than a mile to the Broadway District which is on the westside of the downtown area. This area has several bars, restaurants and special entertainment.

My husband and I are living in Milwaukee and bought the house so we have some place to stay when we visit family and eventually will use for retirement. We didn’t expect the amount of time and money needed to fix the house. However, two and a half years later, it’s ready.

I was born and raised three blocks from the house. My nephew lives in my family home with his wife and children. My brother, who passed recently, and his wife live two blocks away. I attended the school across the street from the house and played at the park.
