Spacious fully furnished 1 bedroom oceanfront condo in Redondo Beach with unobstructed ocean and beach views and sounds of the waves in every room. The unit is steps to the beach with easy walk and bike path access and walking distance to the Redondo Beach pier and restaurants and shops of Riviera Village, and to the yearly Beach Life music festival. July 4th Redondo Beach pier fireworks visible from the balcony.
This is a 3rd floor tastefully furnished unit in a secured building that has brand new paint and carpet and includes a comfortable king size bed, fully remodeled kitchen and bath with granite counters, gas fireplace, large TV with surround sound system and in-unit washer and dryer. Large covered balcony has 180 degree views of the coast. There are 2 reserved secure parking spots in a gated underground garage.
